An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Quality & Risk Administrator within the Sexual Health Services, to work across our Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells sites in Maidstone, Gravesend, Dartford and Tunbridge Wells.
This is a new post within the service which will therefore require the post holder to work with the Directorate to develop the roles effectiveness.
You should be self motivated and be able to demonstrate good communication skills, along with a flexible approach to duties. The applicant should be able to also demonstrate an interest to learn new skills.
The role will commence upon successful completion of your pre-employment checks and you will join the cohort for the apprenticeship scheme once registration opens later on in the year
The main role of the job will be to provide a comprehensive IT, technical and administrative support to the quality & risk leads within Sexual Health.
• Assist clinical leads in maintaining and extracting reports and audits as and when required.
• Utilising and updating the Inphase system for Risk management.
• To be responsible for maintaining, monitoring and reporting patient feedback, highlighting any issues and themes in a timely manner.
• Manage the data within the risk management systems which includes input, dissemination, statistical analysis, report production.
