This is an exciting opportunity for a Compliance & Facilities Agent to Join the Housing Management team, working together to provide a high-quality service to our customers, in the Liverpool, Knowsley and Sefton area.

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic team member who has a passion for going the extra mile to ensure that our schemes remain safe, and customers remain comfortable and happy in their homes.

What will my working week look like?

You will be out on site most days visiting schemes ensuring the health and safety of our customers. You will live within a 15-mile radius to be able to cover your patch. You will also need to be based within a reasonable travelling distance of our Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington to attend meetings and training courses when needed.

What will I be responsible for doing?

First and foremost, you will be responsible for the health and safety of communal areas by completing monthly inspections, weekly fire alarm & emergency lighting tests, reporting repairs and monitoring these through to completion. You will be confident and capable, ensuring all work undertaken is completed with due regard for quality, productivity, and safety.

One of the great things about this role is you will represent YHG and be a 1st point of contact for our customers. Dealing with or signposting customers whilst supporting the Group’s approach to capturing and responding to customer feedback by taking the lead in proactively minimising and assisting in resolution of queries.

Job Title: QA Analyst
Contract Type: Fixed Term for 12 months
Salary: £41,544.67 (£45,755.39 is achieved after 12 months successful performance in the role)
Working Hours: Full time 35 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday/Hybrid

The difference you will make as a QA Analyst

You will provide an effective end to end test service to ensure solutions meet the required specifications for all IT and cross-cutting business change projects on behalf of the Group, co-ordinating testing analysis, preparation, execution and reporting as required.

About you

We are looking for someone with

• Experience of system and integration test execution.
• In-depth knowledge of industry testing standards and controls.
• An understanding and appreciation of good user experience and the importance of being the users’ advocate.
• Good understanding of usability and accessibility of applications.
• Finance and/or Oracle experience would be a distinct advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

1. To provide technical support to the trusts medicines management team, as the dedicatedtechnician for the medicines information and clinical trials services.2. In accordance with local procedure, to provide detailed clinical and pharmaceutical information inresponse to queries from pharmacy staff, other healthcare professionals, service users and theircarers.3. To perform literature, database and internet searches, and contact external agencies (e.g.,pharmaceutical companies, other NHS trusts) as required in order to provide appropriate answersto enquiries.4. To take an active role in the training and development of medicines management staff with regardto medicines information.5. To provide detailed written information to support pharmaceutical care planning.6. To develop and implement policies and procedures relating to the trust medicines informationservice.7. To liaise with the regional medicines information unit, with regard to service development.8. To assist in the provision of dispensary services supporting clinical trial service delivery. This willregularly include counselling of service users and carers.9. To develop and maintain medicines information related databases.10. We are now looking for an Apprenticeship Data, Monitoring & Compliance Manager to join our Apprenticeship team on a full-time, permanent basis, due to the growth of our portfolio of Apprenticeship programmes and an expanding team to support this growth. This is an exciting time to join us, and you will work with a variety of different stakeholders to help strengthen our provision in Apprenticeship education.

You will work within the Apprenticeship team to ensure a high-quality experience for apprentices and employers whilst also driving continuous improvement to support the wider University to meet quality assurance (LJMU, OfS and Ofsted) and regulation/compliance (ESFA) requirements. You will ensure currency with policy/regulatory developments in the Apprenticeship space and provide recommendations, advice and guidance to senior managers and the wider University. As such, you must be able to demonstrate outstanding understanding of ESFA funding rules and how compliance with the rules in achieved. Additionally, you must have proven ability in undertaking internal and/or external audits to test whether compliance is being achieved.

You will work within the Apprenticeship team to ensure that delivery risks are reduced, assumptions, issues and dependencies are proactively managed (including the development of contingency plans) and implement effective change control. Due to the nature of the role, you should also have a proven track record of working under pressure and prioritising workloads (of both self and staff), according to changing business needs and circumstances.
