The incumbent performs work of a broad scope and complexity in practices related to scientific and engineering fields and has demonstrated the ability to interpret, select, adapt, and apply many guidelines, precedents and engineering principles and practices. Duties include construction quality assurance and Construction Safety as related to contract administration activities to assigned construction projects.

• Participates in design review conferences, reviews preliminary plans and specifications prior to advertisement for practicability, anticipated physical obstructions and other construction difficulties and availability of selected materials. • Reviews or initiates proposed changes in contract requirements and makes recommendations for desirability, construction feasibility, and reasonableness of costs.
• Decides upon such matters as suitability of completed work, adequacy of construction equipment, practicability of construction operations, reasonableness of schedules and estimates, adequacy of inspection and control procedures, end effectiveness of earth placement procedures.
• Incumbent also meets frequently with contractors for negotiations, Contracting Officers, and vendors from the private sector.
• The incumbent analyzes, selects, and adapts appropriate methods from a wide range of alternatives to assess unusual circumstances; evaluate operations, equipment, and activities; and apply qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques.
• Uses judgment, initiative, and resourcefulness in deviating from established methods to modify, adapt, and/or refine broader guidelines to resolve complex and/or intricate issues and problems; treat specific issues or problems; research trends and pattern; develop new methods and criteria; and/or propose new policies and practices.
• Knowledge of construction industry safety standards and their application in order to determine adequacy and validity of contractor data and compliance with safety requirements.

Overview of the Role
You will provide a professional administrative service supporting the data cleansing activities of the CPS Programme for the Purchasing work stream. Working with colleagues and suppliers, you will ensure that the master data is accurate, complete and consistent to enable a seamless migration to a new ERP solution. Day to day you will be looking at doing such roles as processing invoices and dealing with disputes to ensure timely payments, managing statements and reconciliations, maintaining less than 4% overdue debt, communicate well with customers about their account status's, have good knowledge about accounts receivable. You will also be responsible making proactive and polite phone calls, staying focused on personal and team goals and taking action in high pressure situations.

Title: QC Validation Analyst

Location: West Yorkshire

Salary: £27,500 - £29,000

The Role:

As the QC Validation Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality & compliance of raw materials & finished products by performing analysis on sample relevant to the release of products.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting validation activities in accordance with cGMP regulations.
• Writing & reviewing validation documents.
• Performing QC analysis of raw materials, in - process & Finished products.
• Participate in out-of-specification / failure investigations and corrective actions.
• Reviewing external testing data to ensure accuracy & regulatory compliance

The Person:

• A degree or similar qualification in Chemistry or a relevant field.
• Previous method or cleaning validation experience within a GMP environment.
• Prior experience of HPLC would be advantageous, but not essential.
• Keen eye for detail and accuracy - with the ability to understand, review and write documents & procedures.
