Job Summary

Provides oversight of SDC’s quality management system (QMS) and notifies management of issues. Actively participates in collecting and reporting quality metric data and provides related input to leadership as required. Analyzes quality KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for trends and improvement opportunities. Responsibilities

• Work with scrum team to define QA strategy, establish release management practice(s) for the scrum team, and perform manual end-to-end testing on time and at high quality that conforms to user story acceptance criteria.
• Work with product design and product management to understand requirements and translate them to test plans for functional and regression testing.
• Organise and participant customer testing through Insider Program activities and internal bug bashes. Collect customer feedback, analyse customer requirement and behaviour to define and perform customer-oriented solution test.
• Drive QA practice and collaborate with other QAs across the organization to drive consistency in test planning and execution across portfolio.

Minimum Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Driving Tester shall conduct all practical driving/riding tests for ALL Classes of driving licences i.e. Class 2B, 2A, 2, 3, 3A, 4, 4A and 5 (the “Tests”) in accordance with the Driving Tester Instruction Manual and all relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) including the practical test marking guides of the Authority.

  • Work with Lab teams to expand the lab to procure test sets, servers, non-revs, etc.
  • Confer with the software engineering team to resolve problems related to specifications and associated test plans/procedures
  • Work with customer certification test group on all levels of testing:  component level testing, module level testing, system level testing, network level testing
  • Perform continuous process improvement via the Test Escape Analysis process
  • Work with strategic CIENA product partners to ensure coordination throughout the PV cycle
  • Work collaboratively with the Product Owner, Product Line Manager (PLM), and development
  • Must have the ability to understand the customer’s perspective
  • Keep abreast with the latest technology trends

Audit Associate:

• Perform statutory audits of financial statements, due diligence and any other assurance engagements;
• Assist and manage audit engagements;
• Any other ad-hoc assignments;

Requirements:

• Professional accounting qualification and/or a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• Independent and able to work in team.
• Proactive and committed to meet deadline.
• Meticulous, organised and able to multi-task.
