Job Purpose:

- To complete jobs via SI CAFM system and support technical manager in ensuring the team close these out in timely manner. Support with contractors closing jobs within the SLA.

Work with registered builders to ensure that the new homes they are building meet the Standards, Building Regulations and other relevant legislation

About our role:
Working in our sales team as a Client Relationship Manager, you'll be given some clients to account manage where you'll grow existing customer relationships, but you'll also need to prospect for new business to grow your list of clients to maximise sales opportunities. You will be doing a good two hours a day of new business sales activity across a variety of channels and will be responsible for arranging customer meetings, prepare proposals and presentations.

• Prepare quotes and proposals for customers

Bring your experience:

• Experience of B2B sales would be great

SALES ENGINEER
London/Hybrid

As a Sales Engineer at QA, you will play an essential role within the business and hugely impact its growth. Reporting directly into the Director of Sales Enablement and Solutions, you will be providing world-class pre-sales support for our enterprise sales team.

Your Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically lead prospective customers to the expected business outcomes of our platform.
• Deliver outstanding product demonstrations through powerful storytelling and articulation of how our software provides value to customers
• Promote our platform at events such as AWS reinvent, Microsoft Ignite, etc.
• Continuously strive for improvement in all skill areas and maintain up-to-date knowledge regarding our solution as well as industry trends and technologies.
• Work closely with sales partners to qualify, drive opportunities and determine sales motions within accounts.
• Collaborate with multiple internal teams such as product management, engineering, customer success and marketing.
• Be passionate about sales engineering and working with customers.

About you

• Confident in selling and delivering SaaS products to enterprise operations teams
• Ability to work directly with customers with a strong commitment to their success
• Strong presentation skills, including live product demos and technical pitches
• Great verbal and written communications skills, including a dynamic and engaging presentation style that inspires confidence
• Ability to travel into our London office once a week, and attend client meetings in person as required
• Open-minded, positive attitude, and the ability to work with a sense of urgency
