You will be joining the money operations leadership team. A newly formed department that is pivotal to help the Money team deliver products and services to customers.
This is an exciting opportunity to help lead a new vision and strategy for the area, working on modernising with robotics and automation, innovationand making changes to improve the overall efficiency. As a member of the leadership team, you will champion initiatives and own parts of the strategy that will help achieve the overall departmental vision. Quality will be a pivotal area and ensuring the right framework, behaviours and culture is embedded across the Money Operations department will be a key element of your role.

What Will You Be Doing?
Through collating and analysing data, the Senior Quality Specialist will identify emerging or realised quality issues and trends across Operations – Money Teams. You will provide feedback on quality issues directly to relevant leaders and colleagues, as well as recommend and track actions for change.
You will partner the Customer Outcomes team and work in conjunctions with each other to collaboratively agree updates and changes to the quality framework and ensure these are consistently used across all areas of Operations – Money Teams.
Hold responsibility for being the main point of contact with the Senior Leadership Team, develop strong working relationships and provide feedback on Quality Assurance on Operational activities; and ensuring key feedback is provided to the Head of Operations – Money.
From here the successful candidate will ensure that the necessary training and feedback is provided to colleagues to address quality issues for the benefit of the customer and the Society.
What Do We Need From You?
Great organisational skills and ability to effectively prioritise to deliver results
Excellent communication and influencing skills, and empathy to deliver a range of messages to a variety of different stakeholders
Ability to interpret a wide range of information and data in order to identify key areas for improvement
Be proficient in collating and presenting in a manner to promote the identification of potential, emerging and/or realised quality issues
Have experience of working with data and people to deliver results with a proven track record of delivering improvements in quality
