Responsibilities

• Review and approve onboarding of high-risk customers.
• Provide AML/KYC advisory on name screening, KYC documentation, and onboarding related issues/red flags escalated by front line.
• Obtain approval from the Bank’s senior management to establish or continue business relations with the high risk rated customer.
• Overseeing the carrying out of ongoing monitoring of account relationships.

Requirements

Maintain standards and quality processes in food manufacturing operations;

• Conduct daily in-process quality control inspections at production lines to ensure alignment with internal requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices
• Maintain integrity, accuracy and completeness of QC data and records

• Assist in export documentation consolidation and Health Certificate application

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

· To take direction from Document Control Manager

The Global Head of Ethics and Compliance will lead the Ethics and Compliance function in developing and enhancing compliance and regulatory policies and practices Razer businesses worldwide. This Senior Director-level role will report to the Chief Corporate Officer and work closely with the Legal team and operational compliance leaders in the various business units to ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

• Serve as Ethics and Compliance partner to business units and other functions providing relevant advice to the rest of Razer.
• Build the Global Ethics and Compliance team and create visibility and awareness of the Ethics and Compliance practice across the organization, in adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, as well as Razer’s ethical standards.

Supervises a staff of Air Traffic Control Specialists that is responsible for carrying out air traffic control assignments within a geographic area.

The Operations Supervisor reports to the Operations Manager. Performance is evaluated upon the effectiveness with which assigned program objectives are achieved.

1. Perform daily periodic checks of Central Kitchen to ensure compliance to in-house GMP/GHP standards, SOP, Product Specifications, etc.

2. Conduct random checks on incoming raw materials, and perform product cutting on raw materials to ensure goods received are within in-house specifications.

3. Ensure Process Verification and Validation exercise are completed (i.e. SOP/CCP verification, new product launch process observation, monthly facility checks, monthly traceability exercise, finished goods shelf-life verification, etc.)

4. Conduct investigations on product/process non-conformance (on-line and customer complaints) and follow-up on proposed corrective/preventive measures to ensure effectiveness.

5. Promptly follow-up with contractors (chemical/pest control) during routine servicing to ensure work orders are conducted as per contract.

6. Participate and engage in quality system implementation (audit activities by regulatory/certification bodies and customers).

7. Conduct data/trend analysis on non-conformity of raw material/finished goods, pest reporting statistics, monthly production and facility check statistics, etc. for process and quality improvement.

8. Ensure analysis of food products via microbiological and physical testing, calibration of lab equipment and measurement tools, internal sensory evaluation are conducted as per schedule.

9. Report all non-conformances, discrepancies and/or deviations, and follow-up on the investigation of the non-conformity results.
