Job Description:

* Provide support to the Identity Access Management (IAM) Operations team on audit and compliance reporting.

* Perform user provisioning / de-provisioning for hospitality applications.

* Troubleshoot and resolve any incidents pertaining to access in a timely manner.

* Generate user access privilege reports and coordinate with Company's department heads for the user access review (UAR) to ensure applications are having up-to-date access privileges and can be reviewed and validated by internal/external auditor.

Key Qualifications/Requirements:

1) Degree or Diploma with 2-3 years of work experience in IT audit and compliance regulations related field, such as Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).

2) Proficient in Ms Office, especially Ms. Excel

3) Good domain knowledge of access control and information governance; Self motivated team player with strong analytical skill is a must.

4) Meticulous and detailed-oriented.

5) Experience with Privileged Identity Management solutions (such as SailPoint) and Password Management solutions (such as CyberArk) a plus.

We are looking for a Senior QA Manager to join our athenaCollector team within our Core Products division. As a Senior QA Manager, you will manage and grow Collector’s local/remote QA teams and focus on improving quality of product. You will be responsible for test architecture, teaching good test habits, and designing/delivery of test automation for Collector’s critical workflows. In this role, you will have a great deal of influence in how we advance and mature our quality engineering approach. You will take the lead in defining a strategy for taking quality to the next level and help grow and guide an emerging function within our division.  But enough about us; let’s talk about you.

The Team: Our athenaCollector product focuses on revenue cycle management; ensuring the financial success of our clients. This is accomplished through the automation and outsourcing of work related to patient registration, authorizations and claim submission.

Job Responsibilities 

• Provide managerial oversight for local/remote QA teams and deliver outcomes by considering both individual performance and team goals and ensuring alignment with the overall product line objectives 
• Develop your team to grow them as test engineers and as people, to make their positions at athena their “best job ever” 
• Provide technical leadership and guidance in the areas of quality-first mindset and best practices, automation, system testing, performance and scalability. 
• Define a strategy for advancing automation for a significant area of the product, and take the lead in execution of that strategy 
• Collaborate with our engineering and product management teams to define priorities, analyze defects and escalations and create a QA roadmap for your teams 
   

Typical Qualifications 

• 10+ years experience in a quality engineering roles, with experience in an Agile environment 
• 3+ years of experience growing and managing local/remote QA teams
• Demonstrated technical leadership and strategic approach to quality engineering
• Strong experience in Selenium web driver, Selenium Grid and Cucumber 
• Expertise in programming languages such as: Perl, Java, AWS, JavaScript/jQuery as well as modern
• JavaScript frameworks like React
• Proficiency in Agile methodology for delivering product features development and testing  
• Experience testing at every level of the tech stack. You’ve written automated tests for a complex system including APIs and a modern web UI 
• Expertise in testing tools, frameworks, test design and best practices 
   
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux, SQL databases 
• Experience with aspects of performance and scalability 
• Experience with operational aspects such as logging, monitoring, troubleshooting

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
• Experience in project management and QA methodology
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
• Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. qTest, Zephyr) and SQL
• Excellent communication skills

• Strong organizational skills
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
