Responsibilities of the Operations Quality Analyst (Operations Analyst) include, but are not limited to:

• Information Management and Documentation: Design, develop, document, deploy, maintain, and support technology-based solutions to modernize and integrate the processes and systems for file and data management, work distribution, quality assurance, and statistical reporting.
