Job Purpose

• Supports the organization through working with the relevant stakeholders to ensure organization strong compliance to processes and SOPs.
• Identifying risks through continuous surveillance and audits.
• Plan, coordinate, organize and execute audit and inspection activities to achieve the purpose.
• Responsible for development of education plans and awareness campaign to ensure staff proficieny in ISO standards and risk mangement policies.

Job Responsibilities

To fulfill the duties and responsibilities listed below. Note that the list is not exhaustive; related duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.

• Manage the planning and execution of risk-based audits and inspection programmes with focus to identify risks with focus on safety for prompt attention to eliminate or mitigate the risks.
• Validate ground compliance to established authorized operating documents, past incident/audit/inspection findings, key risk indicators and risk registers.
• Track and monitor corrective actions arising from audits, inspections and investigations.
• Facilitate LTA's management system audits with internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholdes in driving high compliance culture within their respective departments.
• Oversee the audit exercise.

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Diploma/Degree in the relevant discipline.
• Possess lead auditor qualifications such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, OHSAS18001 and/or WSH Levels C.
• 3 years of relevant workinf experience in similar role.
• Proven experience in managing stakeholders.

Skills

Technical skills include: -

• Trained practioner of ISO9001/14001/45001/OHSAS18001
• Familiar with WSH Act and other statutory regulations
• System thinking and culture promotoer
• Good presentation and communication skills with strong leadership and teamwork spirit
• Good in report writing and data analysis
• Able to toggle effectively over multiple communication channels
• IT Savvy (Especially in apps applications)
• Proficient in MS Word. Powerpoint and Excel
• Proficient in audit report writing

Job Description

• Perform, document internal audits and other quality assurance activities to ensure readiness on international standards certification audits and GMP inspection.
• Create, review work instructions and standard operating procedures, devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data.
• Communicating with other team members to solve problems.
• Conduct / perform training to employees to improve GMP / international standards certification awareness and compliance.
• Other duties as and when assigned by management.
