• The Director of Quality Improvement is responsible for coordination and leadership in all performance and quality activities (Performance Measurement/Improvement, External Reviews/Accreditation, Risk Management/Peer Review Coordination, Infection Prevention, Patient Safety, Controlled Substance Program).
• This position is dedicated to the pursuit of higher facility-wide performance in each domain of value (quality, satisfaction, efficiency) through application of expertise, influence, management, and leadership.
• Ensures the facility overall performance and quality programs are coherent and consistent with the network and system wide goals and strategic objectives.
• Aligns and integrates a quality performance management system with leadership roles, strategic planning, and organizational culture. Vision, Strategic Leadership and Collaboration

• Develops and implements strategic initiatives for the Central Support of Fleet Safety and Compliance.

• Utilize telematics and other tools such as Electronic Data Logs, Driver App, In-Cab and Side-View cameras to monitor driver behavior and vehicle performance.

Audit and Inspection Management:

• Oversee a team of Field Auditors and ensure regular audits and inspections of fleet operations are conducted to ensure compliance with safety standards.

• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to address findings and implement corrective actions.

Budget Management:

• Develop and manage the budget for the fleet safety and compliance department.

• Optimize resource allocation to achieve safety and compliance goals efficiently.

The Sr. Director, Compliance, will provide subject matter expertise on managing regulatory inquiries and exams. • In-depth understanding of the financial services industry, including the regulatory landscape and consumer financial protection laws, specifically FCRA.

• Experience interpreting financial services regulations.

• Strong project management and coordination skills with proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, and run multiple projects.

• Demonstrated partnering skills, with experience coordinating initiatives with partners in a multinational organization.

Senior Tax Manager required in the Tax Assurance and Risk Management team, by a highly respected Accountancy Firm located in Birmingham. The client is a global accountancy and business advisory firm, a recognised leader in providing assurance and support to clients, and specialises in a range of tax, audit, and assurance matters. The Tax Assurance and Management team is the fastest growing of its kind, making this an exciting opportunity and a great time to join.


Your new role
The main focus of this role is on its various and exciting clients, therefore excellent communications skills are a must - especially the ability to make complex concepts easily understandable for a variety of audiences. As a Senior Manager, you will be looking after a portfolio of clients, managing their project delivery, and being their key point of contact, while also recognising business opportunities where possible. Other responsibilities will also include supporting other Senior members of the team and the Partners, while also managing junior colleagues providing training where necessary.


What you'll need to succeed
To successful candidate will already be CTA/ACA qualified (or equivalent), with demonstrable experience of Tax Assurance and Risk Management work. The ideal candidate will also possess great communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, build and maintain long-lasting relationships, and train staff accordingly. There will also be a desire to achieve success and push further growth.
