GENERAL FUNCTION:

Responsible for the continued development and implementation of the Bancorp's compliance programs and management of the related Compliance Managers and teams, including ensuring compliance with Federal laws and regulations and industry standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Direct, Develop and Oversee the strategic aspects of the compliance programs. this includes overseeing policies and procedures, testing programs, and the employee Education programs for the Bancorp.
• Responsible for the management, direction and oversight of Federal laws and regulations.
• Oversee / Direct the execution of the Bancorp compliance risk Assessment for the compliance programs.
• Serve as a key contact with bank regulators for compliance exams (develop and maintain relationships, facilitate discussions, demonstrate strategic leadership regarding the program and future initiatives).
• Provide periodic Reports to senior management and board Committees on industry trends, state of the compliance programs and the status of Key initiatives.
• Develop and maintain relationships between compliance risk management and associated line of business leaders to ensure the implementation of effective compliance programs across the Bancorp and related Lines of business. Actively promote a solution-oriented environment throughout the department.
• Provide compliance subject matter expertise and sponsorship for Lines of business and Bancorp projects, processes, and products.
• Work with Lines of business compliance managers and officers to identify policy and procedural enhancements. in reference to new products and new initiatives work with the teams to ensure proper Assessment of the risk, the planning of Controls and the adequate execution of those controls.
• Maintain networks with industry working groups that are dedicated to bank compliance to benchmark and share best practices.
• Provide leadership, motivation, coaching and Assessment to ensure optimum team and individual performance in Support of department, division and Bancorp goals.
• Maintain a cutting edge awareness of company goals, Regulatory and legislative developments, and industry trends.
• Leads and directs the analysis of policies and procedures, including scoring systems, strategic priorities, market share data, trends, external influences, current regulatory focuses, previous examination findings, and input from Audit and Legal.
• Conducts interviews and discussions with senior level managers to Understand process, guidelines and Technology platforms.
• Analyzes data by numerous delivery channels, geographic area, product types, facility, and even employee or officer to identify risks and Develop and recommend scope or target for the Review, corrective action/or performance gap closure. Develops and executes strategies for closing gaps in performance.
• Assess the adequacy of the business units'/affiliate's recommended corrective action to the issues or gaps identified.
• Develops and reports findings to Senior Management regarding their business lines (Legal, Audit, and Senior level Operating Committees).
• Works closely with Sr. leadership to Set strategic direction for department and executes on those goals and objectives.
• Participates and/or Leads regular meetings with peers to Build and maintain knowledge of current and emerging issues and risk in the environment.
• Reviewing and approving recommended solutions for the Regulatory Monitoring and Change management Program ownership.
• Review and address concerns from compliance testing results.
• Contribute updates to the compliance risk assessment.
• Support post-implementation validation based on risk rating.
• Reviews reporting from the Councils for use by the Regulatory Change management Committee.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Must have 10+ years’ experience in compliance and preferably 10+ years in the financial services industry, including direct accountability for critical business functions.
• Demonstrates working or functional proficiency sufficient to apply the use of software applications (Micro-Soft Office Suite) without assistance and minimal supervision.
• Able to understand and conceptualize basic statistical analysis and theories. Solid experience in manipulating (validating, correcting, reformatting, and transforming) data into more than one format (e.g. spreadsheets, flat files, databases, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills required to gather, assesses and present quantitative and qualitative data.

The Methodist Charlton Director of Quality is responsible for the overall operations of quality management and patient safety throughout the Medical Center. Ensures that the hospital's policies and practices as related to patient care are within appropriate guidelines as designated by all State and Federal agencies as well as certifying agencies. Facilitates the hospital's Joint Commission accreditation status and survey readiness. Acts as a resource to members of the management team in reference to accreditation and CMS regulations for Hospital services.

Your Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in health profession required; Master's or equivalent experience preferred
• Certification as a CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality) or Certified Professional Patient Safety (CPPS) preferred

Purpose:

The Director of Compensation & Compliance has direct oversight of Loews Hotels Universal Orlando compensation and compliance programs to include related workflow and system integration. The role is responsible for ensuring HR processes adhere to Loews Hotels & Co standards and comply with applicable Federal, State and Local laws.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Plans, directs, supervises, and coordinates work activities of team relating to the HR compensation and compliance function.
• Manages compensation programs for Loews Hotels Universal Orlando to include job offers, wage increases, and other compensation related changes.
• Proactively monitors internal and external factors that may influence wage practices and presents recommendations at quarterly Regional Compensation Committee meetings.
• Ensures practices are compliant with company’s exempt salary structure and guidelines.
• Responsible for developing and managing non-exempt compensation guidelines.
• Oversees messaging to team members to promote clarity and reinforce the value of compensation programs.
• Prepares and presents annual wage budget proposals.
• Administers the company’s short term incentives program for Orlando properties.
• Analyzes and modifies HR processes, workflows, and practices to establish conformity with Loews Hotels & Co standards and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Stays abreast of regulatory, market, relevant case-law decisions, and HR industry trends to help formulate changes to operating standards.
• Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as: EEO, affirmative action, FCRA, FLSA, joint-employment, NLRA, FMLA, and all other pertinent laws related to the HR function. Department may be responsible for auditing and executing regulatory compliance programs.
• Responsible for HR Compliance function's daily activities including record keeping, auditing, data integrity and work process flow compliance.
• Plans and conducts HR audits throughout the year to adhere compliance with applicable standards.
• Oversees compliance of the I-9 program to include work authorization tracking.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong acumen related to Human Resource laws, regulations, and best practices.

The Sr. Director, Compliance, will provide subject matter expertise on managing regulatory inquiries and exams. The position will lead internal efforts to respond to requests from U.S. regulators with supervisory authority over Equifax, including the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) and State financial services and consumer protection agencies, manage regulatory engagements, and provide compliance guidance related to regulatory requirements. What You’ll Do:

• Manage document and information collection necessary to respond to information requests.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical partners, with focus on informing, influencing, and relationship building.

• Experience serving as the primary interface with regulators. 

• In-depth understanding of the financial services industry, including the regulatory landscape and consumer financial protection laws, specifically FCRA.

• Experience interpreting financial services regulations.

• Strong project management and coordination skills with proven ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, and run multiple projects.
