Job Summary
We are seeking an associate for the Quality team responsible for conducting sampling and analysis of packaging and raw material samples. The role involves ensuring accuracy in documentation, adherence to safety procedures, reporting discrepancies, and maintaining lab safety.

Roles & Responsibilities
• You will be responsible for conducting sampling and analysis of packaging and raw material samples as allotted by the group leader.
• You will be responsible for SAP activities, ROA (Record of Analysis) preparation, and reviewing analytical records and raw data against Specification and STP (Standard Testing Protocol).
• You will ensure accuracy of the documentation before submitting it for the Group Leader’s review or uploading online.
• You will also be responsible for the proper use and care of instruments or equipment as instructed in relevant SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure), including cleaning before and after analysis.
• You will adhere to safety precautions and procedures during analysis.
• Your responsibilities include placing SOP/STP/reference standards at their designated locations after analysis, and reporting discrepancies or incidents promptly to the Group Leader.
• Lab safety, following JSA (Job Safety Analysis), and using proper PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) at the workplace are emphasized.
• You will oversee the handling and upkeep of the chemical and solvent store, preparation of Spec-check, catalog, and result entries, as well as maintaining volumetric solutions and reagents.
• Your role also includes preparation of out lab testing samples (as required), timely destruction of samples as per SOP, printing COA (Certificate of Analysis), completing assigned training, and any additional responsibilities assigned by the Group Leader.

Responsibility:

1. Support the financial management of the project, financial reporting, budgeting, human resources and procurement management.

2. Updating daily financial transaction into software and produce report to the management.

3. Maintain receipts and payment vouchers, cash book, ledger and different register to Finance and Accounts.

4. Prepare Bank reconciliation, prepare monthly, Quarterly and annual financial Statement as per IFRS.

5. Sound knowledge on financial Reporting as per IAS and IFRS guide line.

6. Should have vast knowledge and user experience in accounting software Tally ERP-9 and SAP.

7. Keep records of all original agreements, contracts and Memorandum of Understandings (MoU).

8. Store and maintain updated files of all invoices, bills, vouchers.

9. Ensure security of project staff while at work.

10. Ensure all HR documents and processes are in place and up-to-date as per the staff manual.

11. Update the personal files of all existing staff and assist in the recruitment of new staff.

12. Initiate office procurement as per the staff manual and maintain stock of office supplies and undertake procurement, as necessary.

13. Prepare comparative statements justifications for purchases.

14. Liaise with different vendors and manage working relationships with the vendors.

15. Able to be on standby 24/7 due to project requirements and activated immediately as required.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting and Information Systems, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting and Information Systems.

2. Working experience of minimum 5-7 years in related field.

3. Willing to work under pressure & extensive working hours.

4. Familiar with the basic rules of international tax, experience in GST, CIT, WTX and other tax declaration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, test data and test scripts to ensure the quality of software products.

• Develop and maintain training matrix for each job role in clinical development in consultation with Functional Head/Leads and assuring all referenced SOPs and guidance are current and accurate.
• Circulate updated training matrix, harmonize and incorporate any changes requested by Functional Head/Leads.
• Tracking and coordinating of training for new hires, internal promotions and employee re-joining after long leave.
• Prepare training materials and conduct class room trainings on SOP/regulatory guidance/QMS documents/eClinical Tools
• Create training courses in Learning Management System (LMS) and assign the courses to relevant job roles. Track and ensure employee are compliant with training needs and escalate the non-compliances to Functional Head/Leads

• You will be responsible for supporting the strategic development of a global risk-based audit strategy and program for clinical trials. This includes performing and reporting audits of investigator sites, clinical research organizations, and sponsors, conducting quality reviews of protocols and reports, and overseeing external site and vendor audits.
• You will review, evaluate, and approve proposed corrective and preventive action plans (CAPA), develop functional audit plans to check adherence to various regulatory requirements, and devise metrics and dashboards to provide an overview to the management.

This will be achieved working with UK Data Architects within the UK data governance framework to agree data definitions, manage, integrate, and align enterprise data across the business.  This will enable us to build a consistent and complete view of our customer’s interactions, products and services and support strategic objectives to improve service, delight our customers and enable technology transformation. 

The Role 

The role will operate in the UK Data Office, Data Architecture Team, reporting into the Head of UK Data Architecture and an in-location line manager.  The role is essential to execute against the plan of internal date improvements, maintain enterprise data models, data lineage maps, supporting processes and tooling and produce and maintain data quality reports. This is essential to provide oversight of the use of our data, connect processes and systems and assure the controls and monitoring are applied to meet business data quality, legislative requirements, and drive stakeholder accountability.  Day to day tasks will include:

• Work with Data Architects to implement data quality reports, including definitions, processes, and business rules.
• Ensure that standards and definitions of data (in all its forms) are adhered to; govern the data glossary.
• Execute data analysis, profiling, and data cleansing activity.
• Support the ongoing operational monitoring of data quality and execute on required improvements.
• Deliver on actions coming out of Data Domain Forums and facilitate the communication of data standards to all stakeholders in the organisation.
