The Access Control Supervisor (ACS) supports the Access Control
Manager with the 24 hour operational delivery of the Access Control
function to the Sizewell C (SZC) project.
The ACS will supervise a team of duty Access Control Officers who are
tasked with delivering reception, administration and customer service duties
to support the project and enable both site pass holders and visitors to gain
access to SZC Sites.
This is primarily an administrative, customer facing, reception role with the
operation of security and visitor management IT systems. The ACS will
require an SIA licence in order to effectively supervise this function.
The Access Control Team are the custodians of controlling access to SZC
Sites across the project by ensuring authorised access is only granted in
line with client company procedures and Nuclear Licence Conditions

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering or any similar discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing company
• Able to read drawings, illustrations & specifications
• Able to communicate in English and other languages
• Able to perform inspection or measurement under microscope & various metrology tools to support the inspection task
• Familiar with use of instruments like micro-meter, vernier, profile projector and other measuring and test equipment
• Proficiency in MS windows and email communications
• Able to operate the CMM (coordinate measuring machines) will be advantages

In this position you will…

...overseeing the entire quality process, ensuring all production follows specifications and quality standards (GHP/HACCP/FSSC 22000 etc.), verifying finished goods are safe and meet all quality parameters before release. This includes identifying and addressing any non-conformances through corrective actions, working with production for in-process control, and supervising your team to ensure accurate equipment testing, data management, and overall quality compliance.

You will be responsible for…

• Ensure the correction of quality, quantity of in-process samples, WIP, finished goods by following sampling plan.
• Verify accuracy of data record of in-process all control.
• Issue CAR to related departments when non-conformances are found and determine the management of those NCs.
• Issue COA of finished products.
• Conduct product releasing which compiled with specification. 
• Supervise and develop QC and QA staff skills for good professional practice.
• Control of GHPs, HACCP and maintain all HHT quality to meet requirements. 
• Support or lead validation in the part of quality concerning to improve business growth and meet customer target. 
• Report trend data to QA senior supervisor and team in daily, weekly and monthly meetings. 
• To be a team key leader for in-process investigation of non-conforming issues to solve the issue.
• Support customer complaint investigation.
• Support other departments request on quality.
• Comply with ad-hoc tasks as per assignment.

• Bachelor’s degree in food science or a closely related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. (Experience in FMCG is a strong plus.)
• Proven track record of implementing and maintaining quality management systems (GHP/HACCP/FSSC 22000, etc.) is highly desirable.
• Proficient in Thai and English (written and spoken communication).
• Prior experience in the food industry, especially beverage manufacturing, is a significant advantage.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.

• Lead and supervise Quality Technicians in cell to meet product quality and customers’ delivery expectation.
• Coach and develop Quality Technicians’ skills, establish job expectations and manage work performance.
• Able to plan, perform and support operation with addressing the risks and opportunities.
• Support cells in inspection and gaging issues. It includes inspection plans, equipment and techniques.
• Perform Relentless Root Cause Analysis (RRCA) on product and process non-conformance.
• Maintain, implement and improve quality control procedures and inspection processes.
• Perform Preliminary Material Review, analyze trend analysis and publish reports on non- conformance hardware.
• Participate in internal quality audit to maintain a robust and effective Quality Management System.
• Conduct certified operator / inspector training and managed Certified Operator audits.
• Participate in performance improvement processes through CORE. To drive existing and future improvement projects.
• Lead, educate and instruct shop personnel on Quality procedures and Standards compliance.
• Perform supervisory related activities & Manage receiving inspection activities.

Qualification and Education Requirements (Education and Work experience that a candidate should have when applying for position)

Minimum Education required (specific field or equivalent):

• Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering with 3 years relevant experience; or
• Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering with 5 years relevant experience.

Minimum years of experience in role:

Inclusive of at least 3 years of supervisor/leadership role in a Precision Engineering environment.

Preferred Skills (if any):

• Has good working knowledge on Quality Management System meeting AS9100 requirements.
• Knowledge of Co-Ordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), and Non Destructive Testing (NDT) will be added advantages.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work weekly rotating shifts.
