Gas Inspector Role:

• Oversee all daily activities for a selection of engineers and sub-contractors.
• This role will also require you to conduct individual site surveys in client's properties to ascertain the scope of works required to install or upgrade central heating systems in these dwellings.
• These surveys will enable the Installation department to complete planned work and hit required operational and customer service performance targets, Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental systems, company procedures, and meet legislation requirements.

Gas Inspector Requirements:

They are looking for an experienced Inspector who has previous experience working on Damp works projects.

Duties:

• To manage all surveying duties within the housing stock and carry out any technical inspections on the reactive repairs projects
• To provide summary reports where required of all on-going managed cases and technical de-canted properties outlining levels of performance of the contractors and performance manage contractors delivering repairs to ensure strict timelines of completions are adhered to
