JD Sports is one of the UK's largest fashion and sportswear retailers. The Company specializes in the sale of sports fashion and outdoor footwear and apparel, combining big global brands.

Shift Patterns:

• Days 4 on 4 off - 06:00 - 18:00 / 06:30 - 18:30
• Nights 4 on 4 off 18:00 - 06:00 / 18:30 - 06:30

Pay Rates:

• From £11.54 p/h to up to £23.08 p/h
• Premium night: + £2.31 p/h (between 22:00 and 06:00)
• Overtime is paid at 1.5X rate
• Bank holidays paid at 2X rate

As a Warehouse Operative, you will need to have:

• Proficiency in spoken/written English and basic math skills
• Flexibility regarding shifts
• Ability to work well both individually and in a team
• Reliable with a positive attitude
• Quality checking skills & a keen eye for details
• Previous warehouse experience would be preferred but not essential as full training is being provided

At Job & Talent, we are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to work with an important company in the Altrincham WA15 0AF area. THG is a leading global e-commerce technology group and brand owner, providing end-to-end e-commerce
solutions for local and global brands.

Shift Patterns:

• Day Shift 07:00 - 19:00 (pay rate for the last hour of your shift is £13.11).
• Night Shift - 19:00 - 07:00 (pay rate for the last hour of your shift is £11.54).
• Rota: 4 days one week, 3 days the following week, including 1 weekend day.
• Shifts:

Option 1: Sunday to Tuesday and Sunday to Wednesday the following week.

Option 2: Wednesday to Saturday and Thursday to Saturday the following week.

Pay Rates

• We're excited to announce that we're offering an attendance bonus up to £250!
• Day Shift - 11.54p/h, with weekend pay rate of £12.78p/h. Night shift - £13.11 p/h.
• 60 minutes paid breaks - you will get paid for the full 12h at work.
• Overtime: 1.5 x basic pay rate after 48 hours worked in one week.

As a Warehouse Operative you will need to have:

• Interest to learn new skills and processes as full training will be provided.
• Communication and numeracy skills - good level of English is required.
• Good attention to details.
• Excellent Timekeeping and high performance.
• This is a full-time role; you must have full-time Right to Work permitted.

Role of a Warehouse Operative:

• Picking and packing a variate range of products.
• Work will be assigned on different departments in the warehouse.
• Label, wrap and move pallets withing the warehouse.
• Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.
