Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, and distribution of materials and products.

Requirements

In this role, you will be responsible for processing purchase ledger invoices for all Group companies and handling ad-hoc purchase ledger queries under the supervision of the Purchase Ledger Coordinator. You will maintain the suspense accounts, ensuring timely authorisation of invoices, and manage the filing of invoices and matching with purchase orders.
