Cornell Store Tech Connect Sales Associates engage customers using relationship skills and inspire them to see what's possible with technology. In addition, they build quality relationships with customers, making them feel excited, confident, and appreciated while providing them with relevant and memorable solutions.
Cornell Store Tech Connect team members maintain knowledge of technology products and services through necessary training and certifications as well as self-development. The sales associate learns fundamental sales and customer service skills.
Our team supports the operational processes of sales, returns, and exchanges when working in customer service. They also work closely with other employees to demonstrate, promote, and sell products and services within all store sales zones as needed.
Schedule: Variable, based on availability, business needs, and work performance; some nights, weekends and holidays may be required

Process transactions such as sales orders, returns and exchanges
Demonstrate, advise, promote, sell, and set up new products & services within specified sales zones as needed
Maintain visual merchandising standards within the department
Maintain knowledge of technology products and services through necessary trainings and certifications as well as self-development

Ability to stand for long periods of time
Prior retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
