Roles and Responsibilities:

• Purchasing Project Management for Sensor business based in the Robert Bosch Project Purchasing team Suzhou.
• Request for Qualified Contractors sourcing trigger and coordinate supplier awarding, sample ordering and delivery tracking according to project demand.
• Independent coordination and implementation of purchasing Projects within a project Team.
• Conduct and lead meetings with the Project Team and supplier to clarify technical (and commercial ) requirements and milestones including achievement of project goals(cost , quality , deadlines, budget and capacity).
• Member of simultaneous engineering team and coordinates Sales Evaluation work at suppler.
• Coordinate Engineering Change processes relevant with external supplier and conduct Bosch Part and sub-components release according to project timing requirement.
• Analysis and lead Cost saving activity for series part and support external MAT cost estimation at project requisition phase.
• Preventive Quality in Bosch Business Sector Mobility purchasing organization in one hand: responsible for planning, execution & release.
• Expert for quality methods & tools, works across different material fields, e.g. injection molding, stamping, bulk cable, cable assembly, surface treatment.
• Active and continuous a team member, works closely with project manager, engineering and manufacturing.
• Represents and reports preventive quality topics up to board level (BU).
• Defines preventive quality elements for each component and supplier based on the understood cause and effect relationships.
• Confirms manufacturing capability of supplier for sourcing meeting.
• Executes process release at supplier.(incl. content review of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis | and control plan) and approves Purchase Price Analysis/Production Part Approval Process.
• Responsible for final release of purchased components.
• Defines and follow-up Safe Launch activities (EPC and Run@Rate).
• Ensures lessons learned across projects and suppliers.

• Notifies the Administrative Contracting Officer (ACO) of input forms and procedures required to affect action, contracts production, and quality assurance elements to verify or secure required input data.
• Assists other contracts personnel in resolving problems with Trusted Agent function workload, progress payments, and contract closings.
• Plays an integral role in influencing the achievement of Agency Level Performance Indicators that are associated with the Contract Closeout and Canceling Funds.
• Maintains contact with customer and contractors under established contracts in order to discuss and attempt to resolve difficulties related to scheduling deliveries, availability of goods and meeting terms of purchase agreements, etc.
• Conducts preliminary review of both documents (creates an excel spreadsheet to compare both sets of data) and identifies discrepancies to the Contract Administrator/Administrative Contracting Officer.
• Establishes, maintains and utilizes databases developed by the team to assure suspense dates are met and that the contract data reflects contractor performance accurately and is available for validation.

• Collaboration in international simultaneous engineering teams.
• Handling and tracking work packages of the purchasing process landscape, e.g. change management (ECR), requests for quotations (RfQ), purchasing requisitions (PR), purchasing orders (PO).

• Leading supplier activity of new project development and change management in RBTA/RBTY.
• Responsible to release of sub-components with local and oversea suppliers.
• Drive support RPP (Cost saving) and negotiate target deployment.
• Analysis and lead of cost reduction projects RPP (Cost saving) regarding supplier re-sourcing, process change, material change, etc.
• Management of the progress and risk of the projects to meet the time and cost targets and material management targets.
• Support of the team for localization feasibility studies and Leading and tracking of localization projects to fulfill all targets deployment.
• Coordinates reduction of supplies incidents (0 defects).

• To lead supplier small-scale projects e.g., resourcing, follow up tool etc.
• To work with plant related departments for each project activities., sample trial, validation test etc.
• Taking role of team administrative officer e.g., Issue Purchase Requisition (PR), test request creation etc.
• Assist in market survey and bench marking exercise to explore new suppliers and technologies within plastic injection field.
