Roles and Responsibilities:

• Purchasing Project Management for Sensor business based in the Robert Bosch Project Purchasing team Suzhou.
• Request for Qualified Contractors sourcing trigger and coordinate supplier awarding, sample ordering and delivery tracking according to project demand.
• Independent coordination and implementation of purchasing Projects within a project Team.
• Conduct and lead meetings with the Project Team and supplier to clarify technical (and commercial ) requirements and milestones including achievement of project goals(cost , quality , deadlines, budget and capacity).
• Member of simultaneous engineering team and coordinates Sales Evaluation work at suppler.
• Coordinate Engineering Change processes relevant with external supplier and conduct Bosch Part and sub-components release according to project timing requirement.
• Analysis and lead Cost saving activity for series part and support external MAT cost estimation at project requisition phase.
• Preventive Quality in Bosch Business Sector Mobility purchasing organization in one hand: responsible for planning, execution & release.
• Expert for quality methods & tools, works across different material fields, e.g. injection molding, stamping, bulk cable, cable assembly, surface treatment.
• Active and continuous a team member, works closely with project manager, engineering and manufacturing.
• Represents and reports preventive quality topics up to board level (BU).
• Defines preventive quality elements for each component and supplier based on the understood cause and effect relationships.
• Confirms manufacturing capability of supplier for sourcing meeting.
• Executes process release at supplier.(incl. content review of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis | and control plan) and approves Purchase Price Analysis/Production Part Approval Process.
• Responsible for final release of purchased components.
• Defines and follow-up Safe Launch activities (EPC and Run@Rate).
• Ensures lessons learned across projects and suppliers.

Responsible for the commercial purchasing: Electronics parts (Direct materials).

• Commercial purchasing window for the responsible parts categories / suppliers.
• Interact with and support colleagues from project purchasing, quality and technical team globally.

- The warehouse operative role provides a varied workday that includes:

1. Assisting with the unpacking and packing of material cartons incoming at the office/warehouse.
2. Attaching the labels with the right items on packaging.
3. Sorting and placing materials or items on to racks, and shelves.
4. Collecting items from throughout the warehouse, preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to a schedule.
5. Stock counting and location checks.
6. Performing warehouse inventory controls via Excel and SAP systems.

- As a warehouse operative role, you will be working individually as well as as part of a team with efficiency and commitment to complete your work and strive to maintain the business performance targets.

• Support localization projects in Southeast Asia.
• Collaboration in international simultaneous engineering teams.
• Handling and tracking work packages of the purchasing process landscape, e.g. change management (ECR), requests for quotations (RfQ), purchasing requisitions (PR), purchasing orders (PO).

• Responsible for invoice receiving (indirect), verify the price compared to booking data in SAP (NLAG), Maintain scape data input, delivery note issuing process and submit to accounting department.
• Conduct regular physical checks within the warehouse to verify cost accuracy with record and track all
  expenses related to warehouse operations and transportation with provide monthly cost analysis data to manager.
• Maintain consumable, stationery and office supplier in HmjP logistics department, also maintain and supply to external process (repacking process at LSP warehouse)
• Prepare and update work instruction (WI) documents for the areas of responsibility
• Support new project in HmjP/LOM area.

Scopes

1. Demand – planning 20%

Doing department supply chain processes to optimize purchase activities follow company regulation and compliance

1. Purchasing 50%

Supplier management comply to company policy process (external purchasing, SSO, ETO, ATO…)

Conduct consolidation manage and reduce logistic cost and transportation including quality management claim process. Coordinate with SOM, sales, and internal functions to ensure customer on-time delivery confirmation.

1. Enable export control, logistics reverse, and temporary import/export 5%
2. Inventory management and support warehouse consumable planning & supplying

Responsibilities

1. Logistics planer and on-time delivery management
2. Monitor SO-PO-OC of item between suppliers and business unit to ensure all items is delivered as scheduled. Perform ordering/ acknowledgement process on EDI and manual PO, SO
3. Vendor management complies with SCM systematic processes
4. Coordinate with OSD4 to manage LSP claim, damage, lost issue…
5. Contact vendor for warranty, wrong part, missing part, goods quality issue…
6. Handle logistics return and temporary import/ export support
7. Ensure external sourcing process is implemented and complied with CDD
8. Responsible to manage supplier performance and do assessment record

• Implement "supply on'' and global tool for 8D report.
