Your Tasks:

- Collaborate in our dynamic and flexible Oxford X-ray Technology team
- Ensure that all documents and records, in support of factory controls, comply with applicable regulations and standards, including but not limited to our Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015, product compliance, the NPI process, and our product lifecycle.
- Drive Engineering documentation for New Product Introduction in close quarters to the PMO Project Manager.
- Assist the Document Control Project Coordinator to ensure the system maintains controlled documentation whenever released to Production.
- Assist the Document Control Project Coordinator to ensure our customers have swift and accurate responses for export classification and product compliance requests.
- Focus on efficient peer reviewed completion of change notification document deliverables with Quality and R&D Engineering teams.
- Embrace Continuous Improvement processes, generating and auditing work instructions to support sustaining factory functions.
- Master enterprise software and set standards for organizational skills.


Your Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or minimum of 5 years of industry experience.
- Working knowledge of MCAD, ECAD, ERP, and PLM systems advantageous
- Experience with X-ray products preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to support multiple facets across the factory organization.
- Enthusiasm for getting to the finish line
- Self-driven, emotionally invested, and able to work with diverse teams
- Excellent written and spoken English skills

Salary: In accordance with California law, the expected salary for this position is between $70,000
- $80,000. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.

Technical Writer

Key Role:

Provide technical writing support, to include creating and preparing programmatic and engineering documentation for the client from initial draft through finalization for delivery. Write or edit technical manuals and reports, with a primary focus on drafting new documentation. Interview subject matter experts, conduct research, and analyze technical information to distill into clear and concise language. Leverage knowledge of technical writing best practices and DoD guidance to produce comprehensive and accurate documentation. Contribute to solutions to a variety of challenges of moderate scope and complexity.

Basic Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in technical writing and producing technical documentation
• Experience using AI technology and tools to create written content

Job Description

The Senior Proposal Writer prepares winning client-facing proposals for AMN’s Strategic Solutions service lines (e.g., Managed Services Programs (MSP) and Vendor Management System (VMS) by resolving response approaches, gathering, and formatting relevant information, writing, and reviewing drafts, and obtaining required approvals for successful submissions. The Senior Proposal Writer resolves proposal concepts by identifying and clarifying opportunities and needs, studying requests for proposals (RFPs), coordinating and attending winning strategy meetings. This critical role meets proposal deadline by prioritising and target dates for information gathering, writing, reviewing, and approval, entering and monitoring tracking data, coordinating requirements with contributors, supplying proposal status information to review meetings, and transmitting proposals. This role requires a high-level understanding of multiple AMN divisions and service lines, emphasizing selling Managed Service Programs (MSP) and Vendor Management System (VMS) services. The role directly works with all levels of Executive Management and thus requires polished communication skills and proven proofreading and editing proficiencies.

Job Tasks:

• Facilitates proposal development life cycle from receipt of RFP through final submission

• Determines and coordinates proposal outline and schedule to meet proposal deadline

• Responsible for aligning bid questions to the most relevant standard content and editing/revising content as needed to customize responses to specific bids.

• Develops proposal by assembling information, coordinating with subject matter authorities, and authoring original content

• Conduct proposal kickoff meetings with internal collaborators to review the proposal timeline, landmarks, and responsibilities to meet the bid deadline

• Collects and prepares RFP questions to be submitted to the client

• Prepares and partners with marketing/ Subject Matter Expert (SME) to complete required supporting documentation, graphics, and tables

• Prepares and handles draft cycle review for sales and executive leadership and recovers edits received from various collaborators

• Completes required forms and acquires required signatures using DocuSign

• Review the final proposal response for accuracy, grammatical and spelling correctness, format, etc.

• Prepares final submission of winning proposal per proposal instructions

• Supports finalist presentation team and bid follow-up requests as needed upon down selection

• Author and maintain the standard Library within proposal technology

• Conducts and documents research on clients using client websites, third-party research sites, and internal databases

• Supports with additional projects as directed by the Manager, Proposals

Education, Certifications & Experience

Minimum Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment

• 3 to 5 years of experience with formal bid writing and management

• Experience as a Proposal Writer

Preferred Experience

THE JOB

The Masonic is seeking a Security team member. This person will guard, patrol, and/or monitor the venue premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules. May operate metal detector equipment.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

• Responsible for the safety and security of patrons, employees, and assets.
• Conduct patrols of the building on a regular basis. Respond to all security & safety related calls in a timely manner. Exhibit exemplary conduct & appearance while on duty.
• Comply with & adhere to all the department’s performance, conduct & attendance standards.
• Perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature without the loss of efficiency or composure.
• Comply with all the legal & ethical instructions given by the Security Supervisors on duty and the Manager of Security.

The Masonic is seeking a Venue Security Manager. The Security Manager is responsible for the overall management of the security department to ensure guest, employee, artist and venue safety. Also, control's cost and ensures total guest satisfaction by guarding, patrolling, monitoring the premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

• Work in conjunction with the General Manager and Operations Manager to ensure compliance with all policies and procedures that relate to the Security department as well as local, state and federal laws and regulations.
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
• Moves throughout the venue and all areas to visually monitor and take corrective action when needed.
• Provides guidance and improvement and implements necessary adjustments.
• Investigates and resolves security complaints. Interacts positively with guests.
• Circulate among visitors, patrons, or employees to preserve order and protect property.
• Writes reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
• Interviews, selects, trains, supervises, counsels and disciplines security staff for the efficient operation of the security department.
• Show CARE by participating in the venue’s sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.
• Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue- this may include setting up chairs for seated events, collecting chairs from auditorium floor.
• Organizes and conducts meetings and communicates pertinent information to the staff. Schedules and directs staff in their work assignments.
• Regularly reviews and evaluates the department and recommends and implements new operational policies and procedures when necessary.
• Other duties as assigned by Venue Management.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Working knowledge of security operations, safety practices in a business environment and enforcement procedures.
• Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy
• A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs
• Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs.+ and occasional sitting

The expected compensation for this position in California is:

$21.60 USD - $27.00 Hourly
