• Regularly assess residents' health conditions, including vital signs, cognitive status, and general physical well-being, to detect changes or complications.
• Administer and monitor medications according to prescriptions, ensuring proper dosages and watching for adverse effects.
• Implement strategies to manage dementia-related behaviours, such as agitation, aggression, or confusion, in a compassionate and therapeutic manner.
• Regularly communicate with family members to update them on the resident's condition, discuss concerns, and provide education on dementia care.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Fully enhanced, valid DBS
• Care home or bed unit experience.
• 12 months UK experience
• Must have PMVA training.

• Service – serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner. Ensure that guests’ needs and requests are efficiently and effectively addressed
• Customer Service - provide excellent service by being attentive to guests’ needs at every point on their customer journey. Answering questions and addressing any concerns or issues in a friendly manner

Duties

• Cleaning buses & other vehicles to a high standard
• Internal & external cleaning of the buses
• Learning how to drive the buses around the depot from parking to cleaning bays
