The remit of our Clinical Pharmacist is to be confident working with and on behalf of the Clinical Teams. The focus and main responsibilities within the role is to deliver exceptional patient care, directing experience and knowledge to patients surrounding their medications. Highlighting and implementing management and preventative interventions where applicable, discussing and promoting Over The Counter (OTC) availabilities where appropriate.
