Jobskey Consultancy is currently seeking a highly skilled General Manager in Fermentation with Contract Manufacturing to join our team. As the General Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing the fermentation process and managing our contract manufacturing operations. As the General Manager in Fermentation with Contract Manufacturing, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective production of fermentation products. You will work closely with the production team to develop and implement process improvements, optimize production schedules, and meet production targets. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the contract manufacturing operations, including coordinating with external partners, negotiating contracts, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire fermentation process, from raw material sourcing to final product distribution
• Develop and implement process improvements to optimize production efficiency and quality
• Manage and mentor a team of fermentation technicians and production staff
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as R&D and Quality Assurance, to ensure product development and quality control
• Coordinate with external partners for contract manufacturing, including negotiating contracts and managing relationships
• Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet customer demands and market trends
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of safety and quality control

• Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related field
• Proven experience in fermentation operations, preferably in a contract manufacturing setting
• Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams
• In-depth knowledge of fermentation processes and technologies
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet production targets and deliver results
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality control standards in the fermentation industry

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist the Engineering Supervisor & Assistant Engineer in maintenance and care of all the equipment.
• Maintain quality of work in order to meet the standards.
• To control and check all the equipment.
• Ensure to work according to the policies and procedures of the hotel.
• Ensure to handle and maintain all equipment’s properly.
• Any matter which may effect the interests of Novotel Hyderabad Airport should be brought to the attention of the Management.
• To abide by the mission statement of the Company and of the department.

Engineering Planning

• Assist the Chief Engineer to identify the major facilities and equipment requirements for the department and the property.
• Ensure correct maintenance of all equipment in conjunction with the other user departments & stay abreast of technological advances in surveillance & safety of equipment.

  Operational Management

• Maintain all the equipment as per the specified standards.
• Set up drill press, lathe, millers, shapers, grinders, and thread cutter to mill, drill, turn shape, grind or thread such metals as steel, bronze, brass, etc.
• Is responsible for performance of heating boilers.
• Maintain all tools and equipment as required.
• Assist other departmental personnel as necessary.
• Ensure to complete all the tasks assigned in an effective and efficient manner.
• Complete the necessary reports, work orders, etc. as required.
• Ensure to practice Safety in all aspects of the job.

You will lead the operational build out and evolution of our professional services business based in office. You will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects, optimizing resource allocation, and fostering a culture of efficiency and team. 

As the General Manager of Operation you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our new office finances including managing the profit and loss, and overseeing delivery and service excellence. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our departments and organizations are supported and optimized for data-driven performance, while working closely on a variety of operationally focused strategies and executional duties reporting directly to the CloudWerx CIO. This involves a high degree of experience in operational excellence and people management.

To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science; MBA or equivalent is a plus.Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications may be a plus
• Operations Experience: 15+ years of experience in operations management within the IT professional services industry
• Professional Services: Expertise and a deep understanding of best in class service delivery
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interface with internal teams and external vendors and partners
