We have an exciting opportunity for an inspirational leader to join Low Secure Services on a one year secondment as a General Manager, in the Forensic & Specialist Directorate.

The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with the professional heads, the Service Manager and the Matron to provide demonstrable assurance that the quality of the clinical services including patient safety, patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes meet the required high standards. A labourer/handyman is needed for a long-term, full-time position in the Dartford area. Working with one of the UK's largest Property Security, Maintenance and Management companies.

Duties will include:

• To drive the team van when required.
• The installation and removal of steel doors, screens and Perma steel to both residential and commercial building across the south east region .
• All associated tasks as requested by the supervisor.
• To drive the team van when required.
• Cleaning and clearing vacant social housing properties, both the interior and exterior gardens. after the tenant has vacated the property.
• Remove any lounge, bedroom or kitchen furniture left behind.
• Remove any other items left behind by tenant.

Share the general clinical work and take part in the 1:15 acute paediatric on-call rota as well as 1:15 hot weeks on General Paediatrics, Neonates and PAU. Are you a qualified Mental Health Nurse/ Occupational Therapist/Social Worker seeking a new opportunity?

Do you have the drive and determination to help develop the new and exciting ARMS (At Risk Mental State ) service?

This is an exciting development for EIP service in Dartford following a recent investment to develop an At Risk Mental State Service (ARMS). This is a service working alongside EIP focussing on delaying or preventing a transition to psychosis and reducing the need for people to access other services within the organisation.

We welcome applications from health professionals who are keen to help shape a newly commissioned service. The At Risk Mental State (ARMS) service works with 14 to 35-year-olds with (a view to/the intention of) preventing the development of the first episode of psychosis. This job will appeal to someone keen to work with a small caseload intensively, with a focus on psychosocial intervention.

The team will comprise of a Clinical Service Manager, Psychologists, CBTp Therapists, Advanced Clinical Practitioners and Community Mental Health Practitioners. The team will provide comprehensive assessment and formulation for people aged 14 to 35 years who present who are at ultra-high risk of psychosis.

Travel is required as part of the role, therefore a full valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.

The ARMS health care professional is a key member of the multidisciplinary team who will be involved in the assessment of young people at ultra-high risk of developing psychosis.

Working alongside psychologists and CBT therapists you will provide interventions for co-existing difficulties.
