At Arcus, cleaners are a vital part of our company, and we are looking to recruit a part time In-store Cleaner based in Sainsbury's Lymm store on a permanent basis. 4 hours per week with an hourly rate of £10.42.

Immediate start is available.

Sainsbury's stores are open 7 days a week and here at Arcus we offer various shift patterns with 5 and 6 day working available. Our shift patterns consist of early morning, morning, afternoon, and evening shifts with weekend work. The current shift pattern for this role is

• Sunday: 08:00 - 12:00


• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday: Days off

You will also have some opportunity to increase your hours through overtime.

Arcus cleaners take pride in keeping Sainsbury's supermarkets clean and safe for its customers. Cleaners will complete daily cleaning tasks to maintain the highest standard of cleaning within our Sainsburys stores. Tasks will consist of but are not limited to:

• Operating machinery


• Carry out thorough cleaning activities including mopping, vacuuming, wiping, and sweeping to ensure stores are kept clean.


• At times you could be in-store cleaning toilets, surfaces, ceilings, windows or even oven canopies


• At other times you could be working outside keeping trolley bays clean, free of leaves and debris


• Ensure all health and safety procedures are applied

Arcus will support you through full training

What will you need?

Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential as on the job training will be supplied

A positive attitude to cleaning and customer service

Job Title: Cleaner
Pay: £10.90 per hour

Chester - CH1

Main Duties include:

• Daily cleaning of all staff and public washroom areas.
• Replenishment of consumables within all staff and public washrooms.
• Daily cleaning of all office, custody and public areas as directed.
• Regular cleaning of the archive store, basement area.
• Work within good Health and Safety practices including COSHH and risk assessment guidelines.
• Removal of cleaning waste to bin storage area as required.

Key Skills:

• Punctual, reliable and trustworthy.
• Able to manage time effectively.
• Ability to work both alone and in a team.
• Awareness of health and safety procedures.
• Reading skills for following instructions.
• Maths skills for measuring cleaning fluids.

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Office Cleaner to provide exceptional cleaning services for our office environment. The role involves maintaining cleanliness across various areas, including mopping, hoovering, emptying bins, kitchen cleaning, and toilet sanitation. Acorn by Synergie is currently on the search for a full time temporary Cleaner to be based in Chester train station. This is an ongoing temporary position.

The role will involve fulfilling general cleaning duties, including dealing with rubbish, emptying bins, cleaning toilets and dealing with Bio waste on occasion.

You will also be require to follow the procedure and policies regarding Health & Safety of the train station.

Pay Rate : £12.08

Sundays will be paid as overtime , but currently no plans in place for Sunday work.

Hours: 35 hours working 5 over 7

Day and night shifts may be required, with a 20 minute paid break per shift.

You would have a day off during the week and work Saturday with Sunday off, which would rotate every week. There may also be a need to work nights, so flexibility would be needed.

Shift patterns are:

• 06.00-1300
• 09.00-16.00
• 13.00-20.00
• 20.00-03.00

Experiece:

• Cleaning desired but not essential
• Customer service
