We are a friendly team, working on large, varied, residential projects. We're looking for an experienced Self-Employed Labourer to join us.

You must have a strong work ethic, be willing to roll your sleeves up to support your co-workers with whatever tasks are are required on-site, including site cleanliness and organisation.

You must be reliable and punctual to site each day.

- Previous experience as a Labourer in the construction industry is vital.
- Must have own vehicle to get from site to site efficiently.

We are in need a reliable and conscientious gardener who may also required to carry out some cleaning.
Duties will mainly be gardening and grounds maintenance of various sites normally comprising the grounds in blocks of flats. This will include mowing, strimming, weed control, trimming and cutting shrubbery. The gardening can vary from fairly basic to more complex where we provide other services such as treating lawns and planting shrubbery.
The cleaning duties relate to communal areas such as landings and stairwells..
We operate mainly in teams of two. All equipment and clothing is provided.
This is a full time role Monday to Friday of 40 hours a week with 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
Payment is made at the end of each month.
