• Prepare financial reports and forecasts.

Employee Support:

• Address employee inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Organize and manage employee activities and welfare programs.

Technology and IT Support:

• Coordinate with the IT department to ensure smooth functioning of office technology.
• Provide basic IT support to employees, such as troubleshooting common issues.

Facility Management:

• Oversee the maintenance and security of office premises.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the office environment.

Project Management:

• Assist in planning and executing special projects and initiatives.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.

Housekeeper - required for our brand-new luxury care home ‘Selwood House’ in Charlton Down, Dorchester, Dorset, Part of the Country Court Family.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, working weekends on rota
Selwood House Care Home located in Charlton Down near Dorchester accommodates up to 84 residents, and is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities to cater for various care needs. Specialising in residential care, dementia care, and short-term respite care, Selwood House will provide a warm welcome as soon as you set foot through the door.

They also make sure that our Residents rooms are to the highest of standard of cleanliness and hygiene through thorough cleaning, no surface is left unchecked. They really are a key cog in our family.

- Restocking toilet supplies and wiping them down
- Cleaning and spillages or spoilages
- Mopping and wiping down the sides
- Unblocking any toilets
