Hours: Nights 37.5 Hours per week - Weekends on a rota basis (Shift Times 19:45-08:15)
We are looking for a proactive, passionate, and ambitious Nurse (RGN) with a valid PIN, to support us in creating the best person-centred environment for our residents.
Flitwick Care Home offers specialist residential, and dementia care across 3 floors comprising of 75 rooms. Luxury facilities include a cinema, library, hair salon, treatment room and gym as well as access to beautiful landscaped gardens

ABOUT THE NURSE RGN (NIGHTS) ROLE Our Nursing Teams are highly valued, skilled, friendly and naturally kind- and warm-hearted individuals who thrive in their roles, by mentoring others whilst focussing on the personal needs of our residents, empowering and delivering the care they deserve.
You will have a wide range of responsibilities to include making critical clinical decisions, assessing and developing person centred care plans, safely providing nursing care including administering medication, dressings and management of resident’s medical conditions.

ABOUT YOUAs an experienced qualified nurse RGN, who shows the most up to date knowledge of clinical practices, you will be able to demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, be keen in developing yourself and others and able to build good close relationships with residents and their families.
You will be driven and determined to deliver continuous improvement, with an enthusiastic approach and the ability to be highly responsive under pressure. They also make sure that our Residents rooms are to the highest of standard of cleanliness and hygiene through thorough cleaning, no surface is left unchecked. They really are a key cog in our family.

About the Role

Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate actuarial models to perform projections and valuation according to business needs, regulatory and company guidelines.

• Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate actuarial models to be used for regular ANP, VoNB, EV and all other related reports within the AIA and local management mandated schedules. (80%)
• Assists in setting-up the model enhancements of new products and assumptions in Prophet database. (20%)
• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor.
