You will help to identify, develop, be trained and perform the straightforward interviewing and assessment of patients for financial assistance. You will help in screening patients to escalate to Medical Social Workers (MSW) for intensive case management and counselling. You will be involved in the project to review the role and functions of a social work assistant with the view of a job extension.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate financial/care application process – e.g. ATF, MAF, MF, HCA, downgrading
• Follow up with the respective Doctors/Nurses/Allied Health Professionals for completion of the forms required
• Assist MSWs in social work context / patients' matters
• Follow-up with patients for supporting docs, assist to locate NOK
• Homevisits
• Light touch cases
• MAF, ATF, HHMT application
• Screening of cases
• Case Assignment
• Counter duties
• Handle Department Hotline
• Any other admin support duties such as OAS appointment, booking of facilities, despatch mails and forms, disbursement of claim for transport fares for patients

Requirements:

• Polytechnic Diploma in Community Services & related courses or Gerontology Management
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Effective oral and written communication skills

-Regular cleaning duties to ensure tidiness, cleanliness and hygenic environment of the clinic.

· Sweep and mop the floor;

· Wipe surfaces at counter, waiting areas, doctors’ rooms and examination rooms;

· Clean and wash toilet;

· Wipe glass door & windows;

· Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly;

· Help in stock arrangement

- Abiding by safety and health procedures when performing duties.

- Ad-hoc help with stock movements and related tasks.

- take on any responsibility as assigned by superior(s) from time to time.

Requirements:

- 5.5-day week;

- Ability to understand basic English to take instructions to fulfil duties;

- Physically fit;

- Ability to prioritize tasks.

• Location : Bedok North
• Working hours : 5 days (Monday - Friday: 8:30am-5:30pm), Part time role available -must able to commit 3 full days per week.
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2400 + AWS
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Food Manufacturer

Main Responsibilities:

• Frying and picking finished products
• Quality control and sorting finished products
• Packing and cartooning finished products
• Simple washing and area cleaning
• Halal Team Member or Halal Assurance Officer
• Responsible for implementing MUIS Halal Certification conditions and to rectify any non-compliance issues.
• To pass the Halal Competency Assessment (HCA)

Requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience in kitchen work.
• Experience in implementing and/or maintaining MUIS Halal Certification.
• Meticulous, proactive, resourceful and self-driven with positive mindset.
