We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dynamic Administration Assistant to manage the running of the Reprographics room, cover the Reception and to provide general admin support for the Academy Leadership Team.

You will also be solely responsible for smooth operation of the Reprographics services across the Academy to produce high-quality written materials. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is an experienced administrator, has great attention to detail and is passionate about working with and improving the life chances of our young people. This is a full time role to be carried out during term time plus additional two weeks, working 41 out of 52 weeks per year. The person we are looking for: - is an experienced Admin Assistant- is educated to at least GCSE standard- has the ability to demonstrate good literacy, numerical competency and analytical skills- is a proficient user of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher.- can demonstrate good written and in-person and over-the-phone communication skills- has good level of ICT skills and a high level of attention to detail- has excellent prioritisation and time management skills- can demonstrate flexibility, adaptability and can work well under pressure
