We are looking to recruit a Contract Manager HVAC Maintenance in the Northwest to look after compliance and regulatory PPM and reactive works on a portfolio of commercial and Retail buildings on a prestigious account, someone with exceptional communication skills from a client facing role.

The position will involve managing the successful, effective and profitable delivery of all facilities maintenance services.
The key focus will be on delivering a pro-active approach to providing high quality reactive and planned maintenance services utilizing a team of mobile trade and crafts persons.
Key support areas will include Building Fabric, Mechanical, Electrical and Facilities services.
The role requires an experienced and knowledgeable Maintenance Manager with an Estates or Facilities Maintenance background, experience of delivering and managing mobile maintenance trades engineers to commercial facilities, managing contracts, management of specialist sub-contractors, with key expertise in Contract Management, HSE, Motivation and People management, financial control and Regulation compliance.
Principle Accountabilities:
*Management accountability for service performance.
*Regular customer engagement to ensure the appropriate level of service
*Provides sound regulatory information and advice to customers on services.
*Able to identify and effectively resolve service delivery problems and maintain business relationships.
*Manages team PPM & Reactive delivery targets (customer KPIs and satisfaction levels).
*Manages team business performance in relation to targets
*Management of Health, Safety, Security, Environmental and Technical Compliance issues that affect customers and employees.
*Identifies and trouble-shoots risks associated with the execution of service contracts, managing any situation that is liable to result in a service default.
*Provides effective and appropriate leadership, including team spirit and company ethos, culture and values.
*Accountable for own development plan for continuous improvement of competences in relation to the career development programme
Qualifications and Experience:
*Desired a minimum of 4/5 years' experience in an equivalent position.
*Excellent communication and organisational skills combined with advanced influential negotiating skills.
*An ability to develop relationships quickly
The successful candidate will be currently employed as a Contracts Manager, Craft Manager, Maintenance Manager, Small Works Manager, Senior Facilities Manager, Account Manager, General Manager, Operations Manager, Operations Engineer, Commercial Manager, or Regional Manager.
