The role will see you operating in the local North Kesteven area. You will be working on the collection of household refuse and dispose at local waste Recycling centre.
The role will see you preforming high levels of manual handling with the loading and unloading of waste.


No experience is required.
Required to be reliable with acceptable levels of physical fitness due to the physical nature of the role.
Must have own transoprt to get to site in metheringham

This is a long term role

Monday to Friday
07:00 start times.
7.5 hour shifts on average
Saturdays will be required prior to a bank holiday. (not required to work bank holiday)


Pay for this position will be £12.00 per hour. Rising to £12.39 p/h after 12 weeks.

1. Loading van with packages
2. Unloading van with packages
3. Making deliveries (between 40-60 stops per day)
4. Making collections (between 5-15 per day)
5. Scanning all deliveries and collections
6. Adhering to local HandS rules and regs.

This is a very labour intensive role and route planning is not provided. The driver will be expected to plan his own route per day
