The role
As FCTGs global subject matter expert, this person will play an integral role in developing and maturing FCTGs procurement framework, sourcing strategies and third party risk management, in conjunction with other global risk specialists.
This role will focus on all non-travel procurement within the EMEA region, and work closely with the Global Supply teams (who manage all travel procurement) with respect to the procurement framework.
The role will report to the Global Head of Procurement based in Brisbane, and work closely with FCTGs CFOs and senior operational leaders to implement change and drive best practice for the Group.
What we require
- Formal post graduate qualifications and certification in Procurement discipline
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience with a large multinational corporate
- Deep understanding of procurement technology and cutting edge solutions being developed
- Organisational skills demonstrating a systematic approach and proven ability to prioritise, plan and deliver
- Ability to take a strategic concept through to implementation
- Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal, influencing and coaching skills to facilitate change.
