we have an incredible new opportunity for a proactive technology reporting analyst to join our tech team on on our continuous journey of true nourishment
you will have a passion for technology + be skilled at translating complex data into clear, actionable insights. this is a key role in providing insightful data analysis, reporting and stakeholder comms to support strategic decision-making across the technology department.
this role ensures that reporting across the product management teams, service & operations, cyber and change are of high quality, consistent and providing valuable insight and information to deliver continuous improvement. we’ll need your curiosity, reporting + data skills to shape our ongoing strategy as we continue to grow both here in the UK and internationally!
your role |
- gather, analyse, and interpret data from project delivery, product management, service & operations, cyber security including network performance monitoring tools, application logs, and business intelligence (bi) platforms
- support technology teams in being data driven and the provision of business information to support executive and other governance level meetings
- develop and maintain comprehensive reports and scorecards that track key performance indicators (kpis) related to technology infrastructure, project delivery, cyber compliance, application usage, budget management and system health
- identify trends and patterns in data to proactively identify potential issues and recommend solutions
- create clear and concise reports and dashboards that effectively communicate complex technical information to a non-technical audience using your expertise to identify trends, conclusions and areas for improvement
- stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in data analysis and reporting
what we look for |
- bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- significant experience in data analysis or reporting, preferably within a technology environment.
- strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and interpret trends in data.
- excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- proficiency in querying and data manipulation techniques.
- experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., tableau, power bi) is a plus.
- ability using pertinent ai tools to augment the provision of data.
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
