About this Opportunity
Be part of our growing in-house creative agency, where you can help bring our brands to life for our 30 million customers.
Beehive, our in-house creative agency sits within Lloyds Banking Groups Brands Marketing and Experience, which is part of the Consumer Relationship division. We opened our doors in 2021, and we're now a 47 strong team of passionate designers, artworkers, copywriters and client service. We're about to embark on our next phase of evolution… growing our team to enable us to better support the growing demand for more personalised, digital 121 customer communications.
We work in partnership with communication teams across Brands, Marketing & Experience (BMX) and the Chief Customer Office (CCO) - working together to get every brief right first time - whether it's copywriting that makes the complex simple, a personalised one-to-one campaign that drives action or in-branch material that is perfect for the time and place.
We're in the process of setting up a new function within our in-house creative team called Beehive Rapid. We're looking to build on our team of existing artworkers, to help us more efficiently respond to high volume artwork requests.
To fully realise the potential of being an in-house agency, we're looking for skilled artworkers who are comfortable working directly with our in-house clients.
* Produce new and amended artwork and design for print and/or digital channels ensuring client requirements and technical specs are met.
* Work collaboratively with designers and copywriters on some jobs to ensure final artwork is created in line with the high standards of the team.
* Generate repro ready, error free artwork, in accordance with internal guidelines for artwork creation whilst respecting brand guidelines.
* Be prepared to amend, revise, or redevelop artwork in response to feedback from designers or in-house comms teams.
* Ensure all job folders contain final outputs, and sub folders are clearly identified. Good housekeeping is essential.
* Keep production management informed of any jobs that may become a risk of non-delivery.
* Carry out self-checks on produced artwork, ensuring all work is delivered to the highest standards, with all time recorded against each job.
