What You’ll Do:

• Help with day-to-day retail operations, both in-store and online, including managing inventory and minimizing stock risks.
• Look at sales data and customer feedback to find ways to improve our products and make our customers even happier.
• Support the management team in carrying out business strategies and meeting company goals.
• Assist with product launches and collaborations, making sure everything runs smoothly between the management and marketing teams.
• Contribute to developing and implementing marketing strategies that reflect our brand’s vision.
• Create and manage exciting marketing campaigns across different platforms.
• Research market trends and look for new ways to connect with our customers.
• Work closely with the team to come up with fresh product ideas that fit our marketing plans.

What We’re Looking For:

• A diploma in fashion management, marketing, or a related field.
• Ability to commit to 44 hours a week, including one weekend day (Saturday and/or Sunday).
• Great communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Strong analytical skills to understand data and make smart recommendations.
• A real passion for fashion and staying on top of industry trends.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with regulars.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
