Job Responsibility

• This position is rotational based on the assigned area of responsibilities, providing an opportunity to gain a comprehensive understanding of various roles and operations.

Customer Service

• Welcome visitors, provide information and answer questions to enhance their understanding and enjoyment of the centre.
• Assist visitors with interactive activities, ensure the materials are functioning correctly, and provide demonstrations when necessary.
• Handle visitor inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.

Workshop and Education

• Teaching and engage with participants to ensure an enjoyable and informative experience during the workshop session.
• Collaborate with the educational team to ensure content aligns with the company educational goals.

Bricks/Sculpture Maintenance

• Perform routine cleaning of sculptures as required.
• Assist in maintenance work for sculptures that requires minor maintenance.

Program and Event

• Assist in the coordination and delivery of special events and programs at the centre.
• Use effective communication to inform guests of event schedules and activity details.

Safety and Administration

• Monitor the safety of visitors and assign area, report any issues or malfunctions, and assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Prepare and carry out daily opening and closing of the centre.

Job Requirements

• SPM/STPM, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree
• Good in BM and English language
• Ability to engage with visitors of all ages and backgrounds.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, walk, and assist guests with physical activities.
• Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and during special events.

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in designing user-friendly workflows and interfaces for applications developed on Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate. Your expertise in user research and design will ensure that our products meet the needs of our client units.

Key Responsibilities:

Support Project Manager:

• Advise the Project Manager on all UI/UX-related matters.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines.

Design Solution Workflows and App Interfaces:

• Conduct user research in collaboration with the Business Analyst through focus group discussions and other methods, focusing on how different personas within client units will interact with the products.
• Generate proposed user workflows and product wireframes for client units to verify and approve.
• Collaborate with developers to design workflows and interfaces compatible with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Provide developers with prototype app interface layouts as reference for development.
• Continually test prototype apps at least twice a week, providing feedback on interface and usability to developers.

User Trial and Debugging Phase:

• Conduct usability tests with client units.
• Create an actionable list of feature backlogs for developers to enhance app design based on usability test results.

Deployment and Sustainment Phase:

• Advise developers on improvements to app design for future versions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Industrial/Product Design, Communications and New Media, Interactive Media, Computer Science/Information Systems, Graphic Design/Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform
• Experience in designing web or mobile applications and software development projects.
