Ty Gwyn School are looking to appoint an Administration Support Officer. We are looking for an individual who can offer excellent organisational and interpersonal skills with a track record of working within a school environment.
This exciting role will support a number of key areas of responsibility across the school:
1. Processing of information on DigiGov, the Council’s HR system
2. Supporting the annual review process
3. Experience of the Finance Management System and finance tasks
4. EMA
5. Parent Pay
6. Supporting a Leadership Team across the school
7. Supporting the recruitment process of new appointments
8. Data Reporting, SIMS and wider statutory returns
