Role Overview:
We are currently recruiting for a full time Admin Officer to join the team at the Lincoln Crown Court. The Administrative Officer is to carry out a variety of administrative duties. This is an exciting and interesting role. You will be provided with full training and work within a really supportive team.

Responsibilities include:

• Making appropriate and timely administrative decisions, in preparation for the case being allocated to the OR CCT Analyst/Tracer and/or transfer to the local OR.
• Effectively managing your own caseload
• Checking to ensure cases comply with current legislation and casework process standards
• Providing administrative support to colleagues and your manager, as and when reasonably required
• Data processing and inputting
• Providing administrative support to the Central Case Team & Official Receiver including in their capacity as trustee and liquidator in the protection and realisation of assets
• Preparing and completing Case Information Pack with all available information
• General Administration

Tasks (including but not limited to):

• Monitor and action correspondence from the Central Case Team Outlook inbox
• Downloading bankruptcy applications and orders from the electronic bankruptcy file (Adjudicator Cases)

• Checking Adjudicator, Creditor and Company orders for accuracy and actioning amendments under the slip rule.
• Issuing initial notices

• Issue Gazette notice on ISCIS

• Conducting initial desk-based searches of all available sources (i.e, IIR, Google/search engines, Land Registry Companies House, ISCIS, Equifax, HMLR)
• Dealing with general enquiries, including call back referrals and other enquiries by letter, email, or telephone

• Actioning Analyst/Tracer instructions and notes in a timely manner
• Updating case details on ISCIS in a timely manner.
• Upload correspondence to ISCIS & Wisdom
• Ensure all case notes are updated on ISCIS and distributed to the relevant staff

• Filing correspondence and other documents in a timely manner
• Photocopying and other general, administrative tasks
• Upload creditors list to ISCIS
• Add assets to ISCIS
• Producing the Case Information Pack for the Tracer/Analyst, including recording the results of desk- based searches
• Transfer case and forwarding correspondence to the appropriate/accurate office.

Our Public Sector client based in Birmingham City Centre is currently looking for an Administrative Officer to support their department. This will be Monday to Friday, usually 9.00am to 5.00pm. This will be a temporary assignment with the possibility of extension, paying £11.53 p/hr. This is currently fully onsite whilst training for 6 weeks with a possibility of hybrid working in the future, where it would be three days working on site and two working from home.

This role will be responsible for the below tasks and any other ad hoc administration tasks required.

• Inputting batch receipts and payments
• Logging and monitoring the services daily cash flow in and out
