Duties:

• Managing cleaning service delivery across 5 schools
• Deliver and monitor the Service Delivery Plans and KPIs
• Monitor resource levels to comply with contract requirements
• Develop robust risk management processes and associated procedures
• Build rapport with contract management teams
• Stock and delivery control across 5 sites
• Support other soft service delivery as needed

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience of cleaning management
• Previous experience working within a facilities environment
• Level 2 food hygiene is desirable, along with knowledge of catering operations
