Ensuring safe staffing levels are reviewed and maintained in accordance with both occupancy and dependency. Providing on-going inspirational leadership and management to the staff team. Ensuring costs are well managed and maintained within budgetary controls, by reviewing regularly and monitoring stock. Our ideal candidate must: Have a minimum of four years of experience in a similar care environment. Have Leadership and Management Level 5 or equivalent. Possess excellent leadership and management skills. Have the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, and be competent in IT. Be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice. We are looking for enthusiastic and qualified Registered General Nurses with a recognised ECG Interpretation Certificate e.g. SCST Certificate of EGC qualification, who have strong cardiac recognition and interpretation skills to join our dynamic organisation. This exciting role also requires PC proficiency, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and meticulous attention to detail. Responsibilities: Review patients ECG data and related algorithm findings for clinical accuracy and completeness, utilising iRhythms Quality Analysis tools Effectively communicate ECG abnormalities by notifying physicians as required according to physician notification protocol Perform 100% of the quality assurance behind the final report delivered to the physician, and provide report format modifications and additions as requested Maintain compliance with job specific proficiency requirements, including CCT (US) certification Continuously develop clinical knowledge, particularly ECG rhythm interpretation skills Communicate with internal and external customers Please note, this is a non-patient facing role. Work Schedule: Monday Friday: 40 hours per work week - must have the ability/flexibility to work between the core hours 8am - 6pm. This is a Full-Time, Remote/Work from Home role, however the team will meet onsite in Bagshot approx. 2 consecutive days per month.
