We are seeking to appoint a suitably experienced, and enthusiastic Design and Technology Technician to support the continuing improvement of this large and successful faculty. Whilst the role focuses largely on supporting teaching and learning in the Product Design/Resistant Materials/Textiles areas, the successful candidate will also be required to work with the Food Technician and the Head of Art to support the preparation of resources and teaching and learning across the whole faculty.

Purpose of the Job;
Being part of the depot autonomous team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support in delivery of our clients contractual obligations for maintenance and service of all Regional & Intercity customer fleets.

Responsibilities:
- Being part of, and providing technical support to the depot autonomous teams in the way of fault-finding expertise and assistance with tram repair activities.
- Collating data from system downloads and depot reports for all service failures.
- Analysing data to determine failure modes and compiling test/rectification procedures.

Our Schools Maintenance Team is expanding, and we have a vacancy for a mobile Maintenance engineer covering North Lincolnshire.
Do you have experience required in:
Joinery
Plumbing
Painting and decorating
Groundworks
General building
Shopfitting
A working knowledge of health and safety in the workplace
This role is practical, fast-paced and physical, but also hugely satisfying allowing the successful applicant to maintain buildings, facilities, equipment and plant to a high standard and to design and build innovative solutions that genuinely enhance the lives of staff and children in our care.
In this practical role you will:
Deliver outstanding maintenance and development services to our schools in Scunthorpe, Grimsby, Cleethorpes and Crowle.
Be enthusiastic, energetic, well-motivated and able to think outside of the box.
Use your initiative, experience and skills to provide a first-class service at all times.
Demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
Be involved in wider projects renovating schools.

This is a permanent full time role working 37 hours per week, all year round.
