Premises Maintenance Operative (full time) Up to £30,229 per annum*(including SDO allowance) (dependent upon skills, experience and qualifications) 37 hours per week with occasional evening and week-end working. The preparation of technical design drawings / models and contract documents, to ensure the implementation of highway projects and improvements within published programmes and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

The collection, assessment and impairment of information that is essential to the successful scheme preparation and implementation process to include liaison with outside bodies and contractors.
