1. Responsible for Flight Services, obtaining flight clearances, and validating required Flight Crew Information File (FCIF) and other Go-no-Go pre-flight data.
2. Provides technical guidance and expertise in the scheduling of the flying unit Special Use Airspace (SUA).
3. Monitors substantiating personnel listings, independently determines the status of incoming/outgoing Personnel in Change of Station (PCS), Separation/Retirement, and Temporary Duty (TDY) status, and performs a wide-range of aviation management duties.

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Senior Air Reserve Technician (ART) Officer with overall supervision and management of either an Aircraft Maintenance Squadron , a Maintenance Squadron , an Equipment Maintenance Squadron or a Component Maintenance Squadron at an Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) unit-equipped or associate unit.

RESPONSIBILITES:
1. Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the squadron. Manages assigned maintenance resources and ensures production meets operational requirements and technical standards. Recommends procedural and technical improvements and modifications.
2. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities to include personnel and position management, equal opportunity, security, and safety. • Receive, routes and stores specimens noting labeling, contamination, hemolysis, shortage or errors in sampling, recognizing common environmental or other considerations that could affect the results.

• Knowledgeable of technical methods, techniques, procedures, and preparation; deploys aseptic technique and follows guidelines used in performing venipuncture or blood collection on all patients according to doctor's orders; interprets orders proficiently on inpatients and outpatients. Identifies acceptable venipuncture sites (for bleeding time); deploys technical methods, techniques, procedures, and preparation.
• Ability to draw the appropriate number of tubes and type of tubes; ensuring the tubes meet quality, acceptability, integrity and volume standards required for optimum clinical sampling; with awareness of collections requiring special handling.

Summary: The primary purpose of this position is: To function as the base Test Control Officer (TCO) and primary Test Examiner (TE) in the administration of the military personnel testing program, to perform technical, specialized work in support of Total Force education and training functions.

Duties:
