The ideal Motor Trade Vehicle Technician will be fully qualified and experienced within the Vehicle Technician role.

Typical Duties as a Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic include but are not limited to:

- Carrying out Servicing and Repairs to a variety of Vehicles

The role of pharmacy within General Practice is part of an exciting programme of transformation which is underpinned by the NHS Long Term Plan. This is an innovative role to work within the Lakeside Healthcare Pharmacy team to ensure safe and effective use of medicines for patients within Lakeside Healthcare. You'll work across Senvion assets to deliver scheduled and unscheduled maintenance services to our onshore wind turbine projects.

What you’ll be doing.

As a part of the Wind Turbine Technician Team, your typical day will start at 8AM to check the status of turbines within the area. Any faults or issues will be reported by our 24/7/365 monitoring centre based in France. The turbine issue reported will be accessed by yourself or one of the team with the correct spares, tooling and documentation gathered. Followed by setting to work and a Toolbox Talk for the working party.

After setting ourselves up for success with our toolbox talk, you will head out to complete any fault rectification work or planned work such as Service, Statutory compliance, HV Maintenance support, blade inspections and at times more serious work packages such as gearbox or generator replacements as and when required.

No 2 days are the same working on wind turbines and the role keeps our technicians on their toes.

Your role will be to schedule and reactive maintenance accordance with manufacturer’s guideline in addition to:

- Report and plan daily maintenance activity.
- Coordinate local spare part and consumable stock.
- Fault-finding, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair on all turbine systems, which will include mechanical, electrical and hydraulic assemblies and major components.
- Proactive repair or component replacement to prevent complete failure or system downtime.
- Supervise specialist and subcontractor activity during main component exchange.
- Provide safety induction to contractors and visitors.
- Provide out of hours and weekend response to turbine breakdown (1 week in 4)
- Ensure the highest level of turbine availability.

What do you need to be great at this role?

You’ll be a time served Engineer (electrical/mechanical) with a primary focus on ensuring operations and maintenance activities are undertaken to the highest levels you’ll ideally hold a AT/AE qualification under Wind Turbine Safety Rules (WTSR) and have significant technical expertise gained through a blend of academic (Electrical or Mechanical HNC/HND/NVQ) and “hands on” operational environments.
For this role you must drive and live with a 30 mile/45-minute radius of our Fenlands Service Centre in Peterborough.

I have a post for an experienced Handyman / Property Maintenance Officer / Multi Trade to join our Repairs Team covering Peterborough.

Working with the day to day Repairs maintenance team, you will be working in properties in Ashford carrying out general repairs on properties. The service ideally is looking for someone that can also Paint and Decorate and complete Mould Washes.

The Job.

Day to Day you will carry out building repairs, maintenance Painting and Decorating and Mould Washing, a little bit of basic plumbing, carpentry, plastering and painting may also be required. General repairs fall around Joinery work - changing locks, fixing skirtings, Doors, Frames etc.

We are looking for people who can carry out works to a consistently high standard of quality and customer satisfaction and complete works 'Right First Time'.

JOB SUMMARY: The role of pharmacy within General Practice is part of an exciting programme of transformation which is underpinned by the NHS Long Term Plan. This is an innovative role to work within the Lakeside Healthcare Pharmacy team to ensure safe and effective use of medicines for patients within Lakeside Healthcare. As a starting point the role will initially focus on medicines reconciliation from clinic and discharge letters, and will develop further as the role of the Pharmacy team expands within the organisation. It is vital that effective systems and procedures are in place to ensure that this process is effective, safe and efficient. The right candidate will be involved in day to day management of this with regular and thorough reviews of all medications. The process also ensures that patients receive the appropriate monitoring necessary for the medication they are prescribed. DUTIES & AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Job Responsibilities/Principal Duties to include: Medicines reconciliation from clinic and discharge letters. Take a central role in the clinical aspects of shared care protocols.Level 1 medication reviews to include: Identifying patients on repeat medication who have not had a medication review. Check medical notes to assess if any monitoring is required and arrange as appropriate. Update medication as appropriate following defined protocols. Remove any old or unnecessary medication from repeat. Update quantities to provide appropriate supply each month. Review dosage instructions to ensure concise and clear instructions. Ensure prescribing is in-line with the Lakeside Drug Formulary whilst taking consideration of CCG prescribing guidance. Support Clinical Pharmacists with general prescription requests and medication queries to allow them to review the more clinically complex requests. Liaise with the pharmacist if there are any concerns regarding patient medication regimens. Promote and support the implementation of electronic repeat dispensing. Conduct searches for audits and high-risk drug monitoring using clinical systems. Participate in practice meetings, and other meetings to improve engagement of the role of pharmacy technician within the Lakeside Pharmacy model and to promote issues relevant to prescribing. Undertake training and development, to ensure the required knowledge and skills for practice-based work. Support initiatives for antimicrobial stewardship to reduce inappropriate antibiotic prescribing. Assist in the delivery of medicines optimisation incentive schemes and audits relating to MHRA alerts, drug monitoring and other patient safety initiatives. Develop relationships with other pharmacy technicians, pharmacists and members of the multi-disciplinary team to support integration of the pharmacy team across health and social care including primary care, community pharmacy, secondary care, and mental health. Training and personal development: You will participate in any training and development programmes implemented by Lakeside Healthcare. This could include: Participation in individual performance reviews, including maintaining a record of your own personal and professional development. Working with the Senior Pharmacist and the Management team to assess own learning needs and undertaken any training as appropriate. Make effective use of learning opportunities inside and outside the workplace, and provide relevant feedback where appropriate. Disseminate learning and information gained to other team members in order to share good practice and inform others about current and future developments. Undertake mandatory and statutory training as required.
