Key Responsibilties: Ensure that confidentiality is maintained at all times, only releasing confidential information during the course of employment to those acting in an official capacity and where appropriate. To provide admin support within CHS at Huddersfield Royal Infirmary. Answer telephone calls in a polite and professional manner, taking accurate messages where appropriate for onward transmission or redirecting to other departments. To carry out general office duties such as data-entry, photocopying, laminating, scanning and shredding. To support the teams to maintain accurate, timely and legible records. Attend and take part in team meetings and regular reviews with the line manager(s). To maintain the filing system, including e-filing, for the departments. Ensure the security and confidentiality of all records. Deal with incoming/outgoing mail/email for the departments, distributing and re-directing post accordingly and ensuring outgoing mail is dispatched to the central distribution point. Be able to input/extract data, using relevant electronic software. To be able to manipulate data and generate basic evaluation reports. To maintain promotional materials using relevant software, keeping it up to date and accessible.

Salary: £38,000 per annum plus company van and Veolia benefits

Hours: 37,5 hours per week plus 1 in 7 call-out rota

What you'll be doing;

• To manage and maintain the daily maintenance of the plant within a team that delivers 24/7 cover working a callout rota to the Syngenta and West Yorkshire Mobile sites.
  
• To manage contractors and keep records to prove compliance.
  
• To provide a good level of housekeeping and aesthetic appearance in accordance with standard operating procedures and specified standards as determined by the contract KPIs and company values.
  
• To carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance, fault finding, repair, decommissioning and recommissioning on a wide range of plant including High and Low Pressure boilers and auxiliary equipment, ensuring that all equipment within Veolia's control is correctly maintained and repaired, maximising plant efficiency and the safety of themselves and all other personnel at all times.
  

What we're looking for;

• Qualified to HNC or ONC level in a craft, trade or Engineering discipline
  
• Previous experience of steam boilers and hot water systems
  
• Be proactive and self-managing and to exercise individual core technical skills effectively, flexibly to a high personal standard
  
• High standard of housekeeping
  
• Proven ability to fault find and problem solve
  
• Excellent communications skills (written, telephone manner/verbal/face to face)
  
• Able to complete forms (e.g.: engineers' worksheets, Timesheets, PPM sheets, expenses forms) competently and accurately
  
• Full Driving licence

• BOAS Trained

This is an apprenticeship role.
An exciting opportunity has arisen at your local Suzuki dealership where you will be required to learn all aspects of the technician job role while you work as an apprentice.
If cars are your passion, then Suzuki will provide you with first class training on the very latest products and innovations, with dedicated Suzuki trainers who will help build knowledge and develop your skills.
Training will be provided both in the workplace and at the Suzuki Training Centre in Doncaster.
All we ask is that you are committed to the Apprenticeship Programme for 3 years and have the passion and ambition to grow into a highly skilled Vehicle Technician.
You will also be required to have a grade 4 or above in maths & English at GCSE level or equivalent.
Duties to include:

Perform Automotive Repairs.
Follow Car Checklists.
Learn Repair Techniques.
Write Estimates.
Inspect and Test Vehicles.
Test Car Batteries.
Disassemble Vehicles and EnginesUpon successful completion of the apprenticeship you will achieve the Motor Vehicle Maintenance & Repair Level 3 qualification.


Training
This is a Motor Vehicle Technician Apprenticeship, delivered by Robert Bosch Ltd.

Training is delivered on a block release basis at the Alliance Training Centre in Doncaster.

This means your college based training will be delivered away from home and you will be required to stay in a hotel for 17 separate weeks (Mon – Fri) over the 3 year duration of the course. All associated costs for training are met by the employer/the programme and there will be no cost to yourself/your parents or guardians.

Assessments will also be conducted in the work place by a dedicated training assessor. You will also be assigned a workplace mentor for support in dealership.

As a result you will receive the following qualification:

• Motor Vehicle Service and Maintenance Technician (Light Vehicle) Level 3


Qualifications required
GCSEs grades 9 – 4 (A* - C) or Functional Skills Level 2 in maths and English.
