Salary: up to £83k My client are a well known facilities maintenance and building contractor, they are looking for an experienced facilities contracts manager who is from a hard services background to take on a contract on a large Hospital site on the outskirts of Cambridge.
They are looking for a dynamic and highly organised Contract Manager to oversee all aspects of facilities management including all Mechanical, electrical and fabric services on site. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of services, maintaining client relationships, and optimising contract performance. We are looking for a fully qualified Vehicle Technician to do the full remit of duties including vehicle servicing, maintenance and repair both in a mobile capacity and on occasion in the workshop, you will also be responsible for ensuring that the clients' vehicle is demobilised for the minimum amount of time

Mobile Vehicle Technician Role:

• Vehicle Servicing
• Fault Finding - using high tech Diagnostic Equipment
• An understanding of electronics and hydraulics
• Repairs - these and include repairs to Mechanical and Ancillary equipment, Hydraulics, chassis and Bodywork, making sure that the repairs are done efficiently and cost effectively
• Vehicle Inspections

Mobile Vehicle Technician Requiremnets:

• Willing to travel considerable distances on occasion and willing to work overtime
• Good customer service ethos and presents a professional image
• Completion of all relevant paperwork ensuring that all work is Compliant

The successful applicants must be qualified to City and Guilds Level 3 standard (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance or have served a relevant Apprenticeship
A full UK Driving is required.

The hours of work are as follows: Mon - Fri, 45 hours per week.
