Key Responsibilities



- Servicing, maintaining and asset replacing (installing) various security disciplines on the Cadent estate. Skills and Experience

- SCO 1,2, & 5 & GAS SHEA certified, or working towards
- Full UK driving licence.

- HNC/SNVQ L3 or equivalent operational experience in network engineering techniques supported by relevant training or qualifications.
- Holds EUSR Gas Safety Passport.

Grounds Maintenance operatives are needed to work for one of the UK's leading landscape/grounds maintenance company.

Daily duties will include grass/ lawn cutting, litter picking, Strimming, Edgeing, Hedge cutting, Weed control, using mowers and powered tools and other general landscape labour duties as directed by the supervisor.

These are permanent roles available after a successful probation period of usually 3 to 4 months and our client is looking for workers who want long perm or permanent work

The hours are 7.30am to 4pm- Monday to Friday

Drivers licence is preferred but not essential (candidates will need to be able to get there on time)

The current pay rate £12.22 per hour however this will increase from 1st April onwards

You will be joining a very advanced Electrical Engineering team working 07.00- 16.00 Monday to Thursday with an early finish on Friday. You will respond to a diverse range of reactive issues including HV, LV, PLC's, drives, motors, pneumatics, hydraulics, industrial communications and conventional control and LV distribution. You will support the plant with preventative works and utilise the site CMMS. Grounds Maintenance operatives are needed to work for one of the UK's leading landscape/grounds maintenance company.

Daily duties will include grass/ lawn cutting, litter picking, Strimming, Edgeing, Hedge cutting, Weed control, using mowers and powered tools and other general landscape labour duties as directed by the supervisor.

These are permanent roles available after a successful probation period of usually 3 to 4 months and our client is looking for workers who want long perm or permanent work

The hours are 7.30am to 4pm- Monday to Friday

Drivers licence is preferred but not essential (candidates will need to be able to get there on time)

The current pay rate £12.22 per hour however this will increase from 1st April onwards

In conjunction with our training partner Ixion, we are looking for an apprentice to assist our Facilities Team with the day to day routine maintenance, cleaning duties and smooth running of school sites that form part of the Romero Catholic Academy.
The successful candidate will:
To be responsible for the security of the buildings and grounds including routine and non-routine opening of the premises and setting of alarms.
Ensure that the whole site is kept free of all litter and rubbish including fallen leaves. The general litter/glass etc., clearance from all shrub borders, hedgerows, grass areas, gullies, adjacent walls, paths, drives and play areas;
