Working on the ICT Service Desk providing 1st line ICT support to all CWP staff via the telephone or email, logging all Incidents or Service Requests on to the call management system.

The role is based in Ellesmere Port with some remote working as part of a rota. There are a number of shift patterns on a rota covering the opening hours 08:00 - 17:30

Manage a queue of jobs which are assigned to you ensuring that all KPIs are achieved using agreed escalation paths for issues which need further investigation.

Experience supporting Microsoft products is essential. Knowledge of Ivanti Service Manager call management system (or equivalent), use of remote management tools, Cisco Jabber and Finesse.

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, conscientious and dedicated Plumber to join an Estates Maintenance Team responsible for the maintenance and repair of plumbing related plant and equipment at property's owned and maintained by Cheshire & Wirral Partnership NHS Trust. The role will require the post holder to undertake the role of Competent Person (CP) as defined within Health Technical Memorandum 04-01

As part of the role, the post holder will be required to be flexible and operate as part of a diverse maintenance team whilst having a wide ranging knowledge of water related systems (including complex hot and cold water distribution, drainage, legionella control etc..).

The role will also require the post holder to participate in the on-call rota.

All applicants must have access to transport for work purposes as travel is essential around the various properties the Trust is responsible for. An exciting opportunity to join the leadership team within Infrastructure Services at Cheshire & Wirral Partnership Trust. Provide professional advice and support on Facilities to the Trust Executive, other Senior Managers, Clinical colleagues and external stakeholders, to include the interpretation and application of policies, legislative changes, guidance and best practice and deputise for the Associate Director of Infrastructure, as required.

Ensure that all Facilities' services are designed, developed and delivered with the patient as a primary focus as customer.

• Direct Patient Care. Spend the majority of your day in direct one-on-one patient care to provide safe, comfortable and hygienic dialysis treatment.

• Our PCTs care for multiple patients.

• Technician Duties. To monitor patients before, during and after dialysis treatment including measuring and recording stats, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup. Please note you will have exposure to blood and needles.
